Ryan Franke helped us to make the right decision on the course of action to take with our flooding and mold problem. He was exceptionally knowledgeable and courteous, and helped us through our decision-making process. He was really a pleasure to work with. The company was great to work with and full of nice people who are willing to help.

They are very professional. I called Servpro in distress when my home flooded and in no time the office manager was able to put me on the schedule. As the guys arrived they were extremely helpful and explained everything that needed to be done to restore my home. They worked with my insurance company and helped me throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend their services.

They were very professional, courteous, punctual & sympathetic to all our needs... they were extremely meticulous and detailed with the entire clean up process... within 3 days of cleaning the affected areas, we can hardly believe there was ever a fire.. there is no residual smell!!

Excellent company! Unfortunately, I had a major water leak in the basement of my rental property. I contacted ServPro of Wayne. From my first phone call to my last encounter with them, everyone was knowledgeable and professional. They sent out a crew within 2 hours of my phone call, even on a Saturday evening! Highly recommend them! Would definitely use them again if ever needed!

Last week I used servpro of Lenoir. Matt met me the same day USAA had contacted them he was a true professional and as a fellows veteran he assured me that my my belongings would receive the respect that a 20 year disabled veteran had earned. He is an excellent face for you company.
I met the team the next morning the lead Katie was as professional as Matt. She informed me step by step what would Happen, she was always there to let me know what was happening and she stayed working tirelessly with the other workers Ashley and Ethan. There is no way in a few words I can express how impressed I am with her work ethic that is beyond reproach.

After 20 years in the Airforce I was a shift manager at Copper Standard automotive for 11 years with 60 workers. At the same time I was a children's and youth pastor for evangel fellowship, and finding a crew as professional and hard working as this crew is next to impossible. Ashley and Ethan were like the energizer bunny " they kept going and going". I felt comfortable enough that I did not stay and they had no way of knowing when I would show up and I never could catch them slacking when I did show up!
This entire team was beyond outstanding. If I was still a supervisor or manager and came in contact with Katie I would do what I could to poach her from your company then have her help me get Ashley and Ethan.

We had an upstairs water leak which damaged downstairs ceiling, walls and carpeting. We called Servepro and they responded within 24 hrs. All of the supervisors and crews from removal to restoration were great to deal with. They were professional, efficiently, and totally cleaned up as they worked. We would not hesitate to use Servepro again and will recommend them to others.

Can't say enough great things about Tyler W and his crew! They were efficient, knowledgeable, and always available to give us updates on the water remediation process. Bathroom had a burst pipe and a flood... Tyler was a pleasure to deal with, and he went out of his way to answer questions and keep us posted on each step along the way.. He and his crew did an excellent job, and they were the best part of an incredibly stressful time....Highly recommend this terrific and professional team.

Amazing experience with Servpro of Wayne. I honestly can not sing their praises enough. We had a pretty complex mold mitigation and reconstruction issue in our home lasting several months. We used Servpro for mold removal in our townhouse and I cannot say how pleased I am with the service we received. Melissa, Tito, Freddy, and Gio went above and beyond to ensure that we got the best quality service. They were super trustworthy and honest when dealing with our belongings. They ensured that our health was taken care of and considered our allergies when making decisions on what can be cleaned and kept and what cannot. They were so thorough and very pleasant to deal with. I recommend using them for your home clean up!

Unbelievable service! Melissa literally was at my door within an hour of my call for help! When you feel helpless and lost after a fire, they make everything so seamless and effortless. We are currently waiting on insurance to be finished with our restoration process but as soon they give us the OK, Ryan is heading it up and I'm super confident! Melissa and her team could not have been any better - they arrived at our office within an hour of our call and emergency. She coordinated everything with her team and our insurance company. By the time we were done talking - Tyler and his team were completely finished with the cleanup and already had the dryers up and in place. Jose Rodriguez was extremely kind and patient with me during the holiday week that most people are usually not as responsive.

From the first phone call to coming out and making an assessment and completing a consultation. It was professional and refreshing to see.

He even found a way to not charge me for services, for example an area on the rug I thought was mold and he inspected and realized it was just an old stain that can be carpet cleaned.

I was surprised by the professional honesty and patience he had and his team had. I would very much highly recommend their services to anyone.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND for their excellent service and communication. Jose and his team arrived within 30 minutes of my call. They were all friendly and courteous. We had a pipe burst in a finished basement of an elderly family member. It was very upsetting and daunting for her to see her home in that condition. Jose was very reassuring and clear about what would be done to address the situation. The team worked quickly to remove all the water, and placed numerous fans and a dehumidifier in the area. Within an hour of arrival, we were relieved that our disaster was remedied! Thank you SERVPRO!!!

The Clayton team from Servpro were incredible. We had a time sensitive project that numerous other large contractors did not want to get involved with and this team not only took the project on, but kept the price below my expectations, and then completed the project almost a week sooner than anticipated. Great communication, high quality work, and thorough to the highest degree. Highly recommend these guys, and excited to have in my group of contractors I can rely on.

Highly recommend!! Could not be more satisfied with their service. We had a leaking pipe in our basement that required walls to be torn out and tons of blown in insulation to be carted away. I called them on a Sunday night and they were there the next morning! They worked directly with our insurance company to figure out what needed to be done and got right to work. Frank, Geo and Hugo were so easy to work with and did a fantastic job cleaning up. We hope we never have a reason to call them again, but we’d call them in a heartbeat if we did. Cannot recommend them enough! Thank you!!

Daisha and Javier came on a Friday night around 730 after a long day already and stayed and did an amazing job on our house after a waterline snapped and flooded a bathroom and the bedroom underneath. They were very quick and conscientious in their job and I would highly recommend them.

What an amazing experience we had with Servpro! In our club house we had a raccoon take up residence and made an absolute mess. I called and left a message and 15 minutes later I got a call back from Tyler. And this was a Sunday! He came and met me Tuesday and they did the job today. They used Hazmat suits and successfully removed the walls he destroyed and all the other debris. It’s disinfected and cleaner then I could have ever imagined.
I am extremely impressed and would recommend to anyone who asked. I want to thank them for a speedy resolution and their professionalism.

What a great experience we had today with our Servpro team, Frank and Hugo. Very confident, professional, Caring, and CLEAN! I Highly recommend this outfit for your restoration needs.

We had a waste water backup in our office. Janel, Amilcar and Hugo did a fantastic job cleaning all our restrooms and floors. Highly professional, prompt, and polite. Jose the production manager and John the owner very responsive. Customer satisfaction is their priority.

My experience with Servpro was nothing short of a nightmare. Their “typical” business practice set back the timeline of my home re-build by months. According to other industry professionals they used significantly more equipment than necessary which included a massive trailer generator. Poor equipment management in running their water pumps to an ejector pump that had no power, twice. Representing me without permission to my insurance field adjuster, scheduling and doing a walkthrough of my home without notifying me until I was looped into an email after the fact. The complete overreach of their management led me to demanding they remove their equipment from my home so I could find a different mitigation contractor. At the end of all of this I ended up with a bill for $15,000 for just 4 days of work (the generator on its own cost $1,500 a day) and months of time spent fighting my insurance company for a 3rd party adjuster. Servpro management did such a poor job working for my best interest during their unauthorized walkthrough that after getting a 3rd party adjuster involved with my construction contractor my claim went up dramatically. Their actions took a hard and stressful time for me and my family and made it even more difficult and an even longer process than it already was going to be.

Servpros response below appears to have been a meaningless gesture and purely a PR response to appear like they cared about the hardship my family and I went through. I responded to their request to discuss my concerns a week ago but haven’t gotten a reply. This comes as no surprise because even after I emailed management with my grievances the day I requested them to cease mitigation they did nothing to try to make it right or to just inquire into what happened to not make the same mistakes in the future. Seek services from a company that will take better care of you.
