Professional and courteous. Do what they say they will do and prices are the best!!! Used them twice. Great both times.

I would never recommend this company.. and only advise to never do business with them ... they do not honor their commitments and false promise service and cancel last minute. Abhorring behavior, and ownership should be ashamed.

Was referred by someone who knows them personally. Never got a return call. Unprofessional, lazy, too big for there britches. Do not bother with these people.

These tree butchers came to my townhouse development yesterday and hacked two limbs off my Blue Atlas Cedar before I could tell them to stop. Apparently the management company hired them. One of the branches they at least cut properly, the other they hooked with their pole saw and yanked it off, not cutting it but literally breaking the limb. They also trimmed many of the ornamental trees in common areas leaving some of them looking like a terrible deciduous version of Charlie Brown’s Xmas tree. I’m tying desperately to find a house so I can move out this townhouse development and I will be sure to never ask Adirondack Tree service for help with my trees.

Scott one of the owners, is they're crane operator. Scott is more like a surgeon. I was very impressed with his work. Bill the other owner, the 1st person you'll likely meet also very professional and a really nice guy. 2 thumbs up!

I met with Bill last week. He came to my home and we went over all the things that needed to be done. He was so very nice and professional. He gave me an honest opinion and suggestions regarding trees around my house that I was concerned about. He gave me a detailed written proposal that day which was excellent. They came today and did all the work which included taking down a couple of trees, grinding stumps, trimming up multiple trees with broken and low branches, cutting and removing 2 trees that had fallen, and pruning multiple decorative trees.
They did an absolutely wonderful job! Everything was cleaned up and left beautiful.
I would highly recommend Aderondack without hesitation!

Bill and his team did a great job of removing 12 dead trees from my backyard. It was not an easy job and all had to be done by hand, but the crew clearly knew what they were doing and finished up in a few hours. Excellent job for a great price, and I highly recommend these guys

We spent a year looking for a professional tree removal company. Too many of the companies had such poor communication that we had to chase them first for response to our inquiry and then again to get our estimate. I kind of gave up during last Winter and resumed again this Fall. In total, we received six quotes from six different companies and are SO THANKFUL we saw Adirondack recommended on our town's local neighbor Facebook page.

One of the owners, Bill, responded immediately and came out himself the next day and handed me a written quote. He answered and followed up immediately via phone call and text to a question I had after he left. While many other companies gave me red flags, every flag Adirondack held up was green. He was also the ONLY company to explain that he needed a permit to take down my two dead trees and I provided him the info he needed to send his request off to the town. They also happened to be tied for the lowest quote. The other company with same quote offered no tax for paying cash, but I gladly paid Adirondack the tax because of their excellent communication.

They arranged a convenient time for us and our neighbors' schedules, arrived on time, and both owners, brothers Bill and Scott were there. I see how you can keep prices reasonable when you do the work yourself. Their small crew were very nice to talk to and they all worked well together to get the job done.

They respected all my requests and now we can sleep well at night knowing these trees will not fall.

Excellent. Adirondack has one of the largest cranes in the area, and used its huge crane to reach over my house to the backyard to reach the tree. As they cut each limb--and eventually the trunk--the crane carried the pieces OVER my house. If that sounds like a recipe for nervous pacing and indigestion, it was. Yet, I agreed to this approach because I had high confidence in Adirondack from my first phone call with the owner, Bill Barlow. He gave me his cell number, answered his cell most of the time and if not, he returned my call very quickly. He gave me an estimate within 24 hours. Bill worked with me on the timing of the tree-cutting. They showed up on time. They did the job safely and efficiently, and as promised. There was saw dust everywhere, but when they left, they had cleaned up so immaculately that you'd have no idea any work was done at my house that day. Adirondack was one of the most expensive of 8 companies I contacted, but I knew from my conversations with Bill that I was willing to pay more to have responsiveness (two of the companies I called kept saying they'd go to my house to give me a quote but never did) and the gut feeling that Adirondack was a quality operation that would keep my house (and my neighbors' houses) safe. Bill also provided copies of insurance documents, and volunteered to put my neighbors on the documents too since his crane would be parked in their yard (my backyard was too small and hard to reach to put any heavy equipment back there).

The team did a great job.. and clean up was Awesome. They really care about the job they do.. Thank you to Justin and his team..

Three young men came over today to trim some branches on a tree in the front of my house. They did an excellent job. I highly recommend Trees Unlimited!

I was really worried about a large tree that was threatening to fall on my mom's house. Trees Unlimited quickly responded and secured the tree so it would not fall. Then the next day they began the enormous task of removing it. I could not believe how professional these guys are and how much care they took in the process. It went smoothly and I would use them again for sure.

Justin and his crew did an amazing job from start to finish. Justin is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful in diagnosing the issues and addressing the issues.

Called for a estimate, made an appointment, day of appointment (Justin) showed up looked around told me I’ll get a quote via email. Don’t happen, called back secretary said there is nothing in the system except for the appointment. Told her Justin was here , she said it’s the owner... will call back when she sorts it out. Still no call no email.
