In emergency situations, they are always responsive and keep us up to date with their progress. They have a keen sense when it comes to diagnosing the problem and provide almost immediate solutions. Their work is done methodically with solid attention to detail.

Personally dealing with anyone on the team is always a pleasure. They are super friendly, able to break down the most complex terminology in a way that is easy to understand and accountable for their work. Highly recommend!

I used Cronin for a faulty valve under my sink. They were very knowledgeable and friendly in evaluating the problem. The work was done on time and with excellent workmanship. I will contact Cronin again if I need a plumber.

I have had the luxury of having Cronin plumbing work on my home. I have been restoring a 120 year home. Cronin has replaced the bathroom plumbing as well as the boiler and several smaller projects. When asked if i got estimates my answer is why, I would choose no other. The professionalism, work and cost is beyond reproach.

I live in Hoboken. My wall-hung boiler-water heater combo unit was leaking and dripping water. Pat and his crew came and diagnosed the issue quickly and it was a loose part that was causing the leak and they tightened it up and no more leaking. Both father and son are very professional and pleasant to work with, speaking as a repeated customer. They are great people.Definitely happy with their service. They are upfront and honest about what needs to be done and have with fair pricing and estimates. Also gave me a heads up about potential issues with discontinued parts so I would not be blind sided in the future. All in all good folks. Cronin is my goto HVAC and plumbing professionals.

From start to finish, Cronin’s reps and technicians were communicative, knowledgeable, frank and courteous. So glad that my internet search for plumbing repair and maintenance brought me to them.

We needed our washing machine hot and cold water valves replaced, kitchen sink waste line replaced and hot water heater serviced. Work was completed in under three hours by two technicians, at a cost which my wife and I found very reasonable.

Cronin Plumbing is a team of absolute professionals delivering top-notch workmanship. Communication was really easy and they replied to questions within a few hours. They even inquired with the city regarding permit requirements. The team arrived on time, brought all materials along and cleaned up after they were done. I highly recommend this contractor.

We have the complex issues that come with a multi-unit older building and had a few plumbers come in for bids. There was a huge difference in Cronin’s quality, recommendations and service. They’re also nice people and good communicators.

I absolutely love Pat and his team – and I never thought I would feel this strongly about a Plumbing and Heating company. Especially as a new home owner I greatly appreciate their excellent communication process (which also includes patience with my many questions and concerns), promptness and of course, top professionalism when it comes to the actual tasks. They have replaced a water heater, changed pipes and installed a vanity in the bathroom, and installed a ventless gas fireplace for me. Everything done impeccably. As an added (and very valuable) bonus, they they are extremely careful about keeping the house clean and protected. They really do go above and beyond to make sure you, as a customer, are happy. I will absolutely use them for all my relevant needs and will – and have already – highly recommend them to all my friends.

It's hard enough to find an available plumber in Hoboken, much less one that's responsive and professional, but I got lucky a few years ago when I bought a condo whose tankless water heater looked like a DIY job by someone who was just guessing, and contacted Cronin. It took them a couple of days to get the mess untangled and working. They worked cheerfully and professionally through it all, and didn't charge me a fortune, even though it was a LOT more work than we expected..

I now call them any time I need plumbing work done (the last time was a couple of days ago--it was a small job this time, so I didn't think they'd want to bother, but they did!). They get back to me right away, give me updates on arrival times, do the necessary work well, and are really pleasant on top of all that.

In short, I highly recommend them!

The crew was friendly. The installation was clean. The communication was perfect. We would DEFINITELY do business with Cronin again. They really did set a new bar for how work should be done.

We had our basement upgraded to handle floods after Hurricane Ida hit and Cronin came and uninstalled/reinstalled the water heater so that the other contractors could build a drain around it. They also connected the newly installed sump pump to the main drainage line.

Cronin Plumbing is excellent! I have hired them to fix a bad leak underneath my kitchen sink and to replace a leaky kind faucet in a old sink. The quality of their work is superb and they are also always on time, professional and responsive in every way. When they do a job, they leave things looking better and cleaner than they were before. Cronin Plumbing has also given me advice about how to approach plumbing problems in my home that are not urgent. When doing so, I have always felt that they were looking out for my best interests as opposed to giving me advice to create work for them. I have a a great deal of trust and respect for the Cronin Plumbing staff and often recommend them to friends and neighbors. I will never call another plumber as these guys are BEYOND FANTASTIC!

Awesome plumbing and heating company. Patrick came by and was on the phone with Navien for almost an hour. He patiently troubleshooted the issue with my tankless water heater and got the correct part needed. I can tell he clearly possess deep knowledge regarding plumbing and heating. Josh and Asif did the installation and now the system is working perfectly. Nick at the office is very communicative and workers showed on time both times. 100% recommend without reservation. Incredibly honest business. I wish i had found them sooner!

We love Cronin plumbing and heating! They have done work for us in two houses now over the years, and they are super reliable and always straightforward and honest. We have had them do big jobs (new combi boiler install) and small jobs (descaling our hot water heater) and the service has been consistently excellent. Absolutely recommend these guys!

Highly recommended! From the very first call they were professional and prompt. I was replacing my water heater with a tankless heater, and the two guys who came over were great. They answered all my questions, were professional, pleasant to talk to, and left the place cleaner then when they came. Honestly one of the best experiences I've had getting work done.

Cronin did in amazing job. I had an awful experience with a previous plumber who installed my tankless water heater completely wrong, resulting in a deadly carbon monoxide leak a few months later. Cronin jumped on this issue right away and worked in tandem with a construction company to properly install the tank. They are great communicators too. I will be recommending them to everyone in my area and giving them a call for all of my plumbing needs.

These guys did a great job of replacing our furnace for us! They accommodated us quickly and did a great job of explaining all of our options while giving us a lot of useful information. Whole team of workers were professional and made us feel like we were in good hands! They are even coming next season for a complimentary preseason check up.
