Woke up this morning to 57° on my thermostat and nothing but cold air being blown out by our furnace. I was referred to Mr. HVAC and was shocked to find myself talking to the OWNER on a Sunday within 10 minutes of reaching out for help. 30 minutes later the on-call tech Kevin was here helping me out. He got us back on line, and did a deeper dive into why the issue happened and what we can do to keep it from happening again. He explained everything he was doing and how our furnace works. There was zero pressure and no sales pitches when offering me options moving forward. The price of a service call on a Sunday was EXTREMELY reasonable, and I couldn’t be happier moving forward with Mike of Mr. HVAC and his tech Kevin. Thanks again guys!

Heat gave out a day before we were leaving town for 6 days. Deanna sent someone out immediately. Billy came and did his due diligence to dx the issue and advised that we needed to replace furnace asap. While we were away they replaced it (next day) & Billy came back after we got back to ensure everything was in good working order. Professional, efficient & easy to work with (rare these days). Highly recommend this company.

I can’t say enough how great the service was from Mr. HVAC. From the beginning to the end, the staff were professional, communicated everything clearly, and were friendly at the same time. The woman answering the telephone was friendly, clear, and informative as to what was going on. She was able to have someone here in 30 minutes of me calling. Our technician, Justin, was professional and informative as to what he was going to be doing and the options I had as the homeowner. He was able to get my 17 year old Ac running again. When the time comes to replace it, I will be reaching out to them to complete that job. I highly recommend you do the same.

I had an emergency trying to find someone after calling so many places. I came across Mr. HVAC. I spoke to Mr Mike, he assured me that he will do everything to ensure my problems get solved, and he did. Mike came immediately and discussed everything with me. After speaking with him I felt so comfortable and no longer felt worried. Mike got the job done as promised. I saved a lot more money and I’m very happy. Thank you Mr Mike for everything and also for being kind and compassionate. I highly recommend this company they’re one of the best.

After calling numerous other companies the earliest someone would come out was 2 days. I called Mr HVAC and they came right out and took care of us. Justin the technician was very professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Mr. HVAC and they will be my first call for any future HVAC needs.

My air conditioner went down and very costly to get fixed. I was in a jam since we rent all summer long. Mike from Mr. HVAC was very quick and worked well with my tenant that week. Mike worked late to make sure they got the job done in one day. They also notice my dryer vent in the attic was broke and they fixed it while they were up there installing the new unit. I worked with Mike and he made the entire experience very easy and I felt confident we were getting a good unit. I highly recommend them.

I had Mr HVAC replace my air conditioning system. I am very impressed with the service we received. I used the PSE&G zero interest financing plan. Deanna in the office was great. She was so polite and professional. She made the financing part so easy. She helped complete the application process. The men who came to install the system, Kyle, Kevin, and Roger were excellent. They showed up when they said they would. They cleaned up very thoroughly and Kevin explained the whole system and using the new thermostat which was excellent since I never had a heat pump before. We could not be more satisfied with the whole process from beginning to end.

We woke up this morning with no air conditioning. I called Mr. HVAC and they had someone out here same day. The service technician was very polite and quickly identified why my system wasn’t working, which was (thankfully) an easy fix. He also reviewed my entire system and preemptively took care of another issue for us. I was very grateful for their service!

Kevin and Mason replaced my HVAC system and water heater to a tankless. They were courteous, professional, quick, and did a great job! They even moved my washer and dryer into the new spot I asked them to and attached the hoses up, made sure everything work. Mr. HVAC does a great job and are helpful/quick

I have to say that Mike Bruce at Mr. HVAC was great to work with. I called on a Sunday and to my surprise he answered his phone and responded to my concerns.
He was professional, knowledgeable and answered my many calls and text promptly - and there were many. They installed a new system for me in less than a week during the high of the heat wave we recently had.
His technicians were also fantastic- they came out, installed the my new system in a few hours, cleaned up and they were complete gentleman as well as knowledgeable.
Since the installation I have called just to ask questions and again, my calls and texts are answered immediately! Their business office personnel is also responsive, helpful and very nice.
My new system works great- I went with Lennox.
I cannot say enough good about this company and I highly recommend them!!

Mike and Phil were a pleasure to work with when it was time to replace our HVAC system. Mike provided several options for us to choose from and did not pressure us into making a selection based on price. We chose the system that fit our budget and he did not attempt to up sale us to a more expensive system. Phil came out to our home to check on the installation and ended up staying late to ensure the system worked before going home on a Friday night. Justin was our installer and he did a fantastic job. He was courteous and very professional. He walked through the installation and made sure we understood how to operate the new thermostat. We were so impressed with the company that we referred them to another family member who also purchased an HVAC system. We greatly appreciate Mr HVAC and highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a new HVAC system.

I recently had a very disappointing experience with Mr. HVAC. Initially, I was impressed by their prompt response. However, my satisfaction quickly deteriorated when it came time to settle the bill. We were charged double than the initial quote we were given to complete the work. They were not up front about all of the fees that would be included until after the work was completed. The manager of the company offered an unsatisfactory response of a free tune up or credit toward a completely new HVAC system this year (which is not needed). A tune up doesn't even come close to the extra amount we were charged. If you choose this company, make sure you get all of the costs in writing prior to having them complete the work.

After my AC (Air Conditioner) unit broke down this summer, I reached out to Mr. HVAC. Justin, Service/Install Supervisor, reached out to me to schedule an in-home consultation. He arrived on time. Justin was a consummate professional, had a wealth of knowledge, and took the time to thoroughly explain what needed to be fixed and/or upgraded. Mason, Kevin, and Dom installed the new AC unit. The crew was friendly and trained craftsmen. I would highly recommend Mr. HVAC to anyone experiencing HVAC issues. So if anyone is experiencing HVAC issues, please do not hesitate to contact Mr. HVAC as their friendly and professional staff awaits to assist.

I reached out to Mr. HAVC for a second opinion, following three weeks of phone tag with Raynor, who did not the requested work due to miscommunication and then misdiagnosed an issue leading to their recommendation to replace the entire system instead of continuing analysis.

Kevin from Mr. HAVC visited the following week, and immediately noticed a note from a previous tech that my system had been re-filled with R407c after work years ago, since R22 is no longer available in the US. He explained that R407c is only 80% as efficient, which explains why the system did not meet "peak efficiency" numbers prescribed by the manufacturer—likely no reason to suspect a leak after all. He also said that while not efficient, this generation of Rheem is reliable and he recommended against replacement since it appeared in good condition and the monthly savings would take a decade to exceed the cost of a new unit. He performed the needed cleanings, replaced 2x capacitors that tested marginal, checked pressures & all other components. Cost (~$550 incl parts) felt very reasonable for his time/work being done—will be calling Mr. HVAC for annual service and all other HVAC needs.

Can't say enough great things about this company. Our oil boiler died just before the longest cold snap in a long time. Most companies either wouldn't touch it because its oil or were only interested in selling us a full replacement. When Justin came out not only did he say it was repairable he came back with a more than fair quote. We hired them for the job and they sent out Kevin the tech. Very professional and worked with diligence. First time out more issues were found after initial repairs and again a much more than fair estimate was provided. Also again Kevin was professional and proficient. The empathy and compassion for our family's situation shown by both men was above and beyond what I would ever expect from a contractor. They will now be our go to HVAC company. If I could give 100 stars I would!

Justin and Kevin were great! Justin came right out for an estimate to install a tankless hot water heater. I had the estimate withing 30 minutes. Kevin was the installer, he was very knowledgeable and professional. The job was done ahead of schedule and he cleaned up everything before he left. I would definitely recommend Mr. HVAC!

Our Furnace went out right after the biggest snow storm of the year. Mr Hvac was recommended to me through my community facebook so I gave them a call. They were able to come out within 2 hours from the time I called. The tech was very knowledgeable and tried to remediate my issues so that I would have heat but unfortunately my furnace needed to be replaced. Justin then came to my residence and worked out the details with me on a replacement. He put me at ease with his professionalism and knowledge about what i would need replaced. They were able to come out a day after and installed my new system. The techs did a great job and was able to get the unit installed within 5 hours. Unfortunately there was an unseen issue after they left that caused the furnace to stop. I gave Justin a call and he immediately came back out and worked 3 hours until the issue was fixed. Im forever grateful to the staff for making sure my family wouldn’t have to go another night without heat. I will recommend this company to anyone who needs HVAC services.

Phillip is completely disrespectful and rude.

No conssideration for other tennants on propert. They tend to do more damage before the job.

LP ending Z96 needs to slow down.

These guys are crooks. Came to my house for a service call and quote on a new HVAC unit. I was charged $220 and the technician did not provide a quote for a new unit and did not provide an itemized receipt of the "work" they had done. I called and spoke to a manager the next day and was lied to about the service performed to account for the high charge. He offered to send a copy of the receipt but I still have not recieved it. Please avoid this company and call someone else.
