All around great company, the girls in the office are very responsive and always try there best to accommodate whatever is needed. the service techs are fantastic always lets me know what's going on. Their Tech Michael Craytor is also very responsive and knows a lot about his field of work. Craytor also explains what is going on and what is needed if there is an issue in terms us non HVAC people can understand... Overall a great company. I defiantly recommend them to other businesses and friends.

Excellent service, the plumber was on time, friendly and completed the work in a timely manner. Buck was great explaining what he would be doing to replace the utility sink, This is at least the fifth time we used Filan and have never been disappointed.

I highly recommend this company. They came onsite and resolved our issue quickly at a reasonable price. They were very pleasant and easy to work with as well!

Very grateful for the helpful team at Filan & Conner. Our furnace stopped working on one of coldest days we’ve had so far, with an impending snowstorm. I called and spoke to a friendly staff member (Amy). She assured me someone would be out to help that day! Their technician, Van, arrived quickly. He was able to troubleshoot the furnace and ran out to get the specific piece we needed. Van was respectful and gave me some good advice to keep my furnace running properly. Chris was prompt, friendly and helpful! He fixed my shower doors and was quick and efficient. I have used Filan & Conner for years for HVAC and plumbing services and am very pleased with them.

On 6/11/19, I had my sewer line clogged for the 6th time in 6 months. I used my sewer auger and cleared it, but after pulling it back it became stuck. I had issues with roots before, so I assumed it was caught. My sewer was technically working, but my sewer auger was stuck somewhere in the sewer pipe.

For perspective, the first time (January 2019) I used Roto-Rooter who charged ~$450 to snake the sewer, didn’t use a camera (said would break the camera) due to the J-pipe (later found out, no J-pipe), and proceeded to try to sell me $4,200 to change out the non-existent J-pipe.

This time I looked for a company with stellar reviews: they’re highly ranked on Google, Angie’s and Homeadvisor. Called on 6/12/19, got Joe to come out on 6/14, who used a camera for $300 (fair) and diagnosed that my auger hit an obstruction and then tunneled through my metal sewer pipe, thus it became stuck. Joe tried to free it but it was stuck too far down the line, about 2 feet from the house. Said the work to replace the sewer pipe section would probably be $2,500-$3,000. This was less than I saw estimates for online, granted my line is fairly shallow and not far from the main street.

On 6/15, I called to check on the status, a dispatcher picked up and took down my info. Less than an hour later, a person called to make sure it wasn’t an emergency. It wasn’t, but I was immediately impressed that they followed up to make sure.

On 6/17, I called for status, and they had reached out on 6/21 to the borough for any permits that Collingswood required. The Collingswood permit person was on vacation, so we were delayed. On 6/18, I got the estimate, which was $2,500; $2,750 after tax. We were scheduled for 6/22, but they had a cancellation and came out 6/21 after checking with me. Again, my sewer was working, just in bad shape with a sewer auger stuck in it, so there wasn’t a rush necessarily.

9am on 6/21, Eric came out with a helper, introduced himself with the paperwork and recapped the agreed upon work. He was done by 2pm, sent me pictures of his work: he was able to free and save the sewer snake, properly secured the new pvc sewer pipe and reinforced some parts which were weak, informed me of a 2'' pvc pipe piece that was stuck in the drain (which was the cause of the auger diverting into my metal pipe), and he removed a bunch of roots which weren’t part of the quote. The work site was neat after they were done. The estimate was what I paid, no surprises.

It was amazing. I honestly wouldn’t recommend any other company; Filan & Conner are possibly the best with service, covering all the legal bases, and pricing.

We used Filan & Conner for installation of two toilets. They were actually early in arriving, they took great care in removing the old toilets and installing the new ones, and the work was neat and professional. We then used them for installation of a garbage disposal, and that was also a great job. I was very impressed by the care the installer used in keeping the house clean. I'd use them for any of the services they offer!

We also used them in 2025 for another toilet, and we were very pleased with the promptness of the arrival, their care in keeping things clean, and the work they did. They're our go-to plumbing people!

had my yearly maintenance on my air conditioner done today--very professional/ very knowledgeable and personable. But they found another issue--Jayden as always diagnosed the problem and Jason came out--same day and fixed it--these two guys/ as well as everyone else there are the best Thanks!!!!! they also flushed tankless water heater--again people you can count on to know what they are doing!!!

Recently had Filan and Conner come out to fix some faulty gas lines. They were easy to deal with and have fair pricing. The technician Buck who completed the job was fantastic. He was professional and courteous. He treated my home as if it was his own. He also easily explained the work needed to be done in a way I could understand. After the work was completed, he walked me through the repairs he made, they were extremely thorough. I couldn't recommend this company enough!

Chris and Nick from Filan and Conner installed two new shower systems in my home and performed excellent work. These guys are the best of the best people you want working on your house. I received estimates from five different plumbers who all wanted to cut through my kitchen tile to access the back of my shower but Cris quickly identified a better solution that avoided costly tile work and enabled me to maintain easy access to the shower system in the future. He was clear and concise, showed me the parts he would be using and provided complete pricing on the day of his estimate. He also confirmed he would be the one who would actually be doing the work and gave me a date when he would be there to do it. I did not get this from any of the other plumbers i called…. Incomplete estimates that did not include parts, “ball park” pricing and lack of clarity on exactly what shower system they would install is what i ran into with all the others. I appreciate the work done by Chris and Nick of Filan and Conner. Very thankful.

Chris and Nicholas from Filan & Connor did an excellent job of replacing and installing a new hot water heater. They arrived as scheduled promptly and on time and very courtesy and respectful including putting on booties on their feet in keeping the house clean. We were very satisfied with the results and would recommend the services that Filan offer to others.

Yearly maintained to the heater technician was on time explained everything with the heater technician was very neat cleaned up great very pleased with everything I would recommend Filan&Conner

Our new Washer had to be hooked up. Marc Anthony did an excellent job and explained exactly what was done and how the washer will work properly.

Let me start of by saying holy cow! These guys were fantastic from start to finish. Everyone from Tony and Jen in the office to the techs Nick, Danny, Mark, and Butch were great to work with (especially Nick since he was the tech here the most). I had two HVAC systems converted from oil equipment to natural gas, a hot water heater installed, and ran 2 gas lines to my range and outdoor grill. These guys worked with me the entire time from getting the financing through the gas company, scheduling of the work, and completion of the job. Even when unexpected problems occured, as they always seem to do, the whole team was responsive and fixed the problem pronto. The work itself was exceptional and efficient. The techs were very knowledgeable, courteous of the cleanliness of my home, and understanding of my three dogs running around. I could not recommend these guys more. And do not even get me started on the price. This was probably the best bang for the buck I've received on anything. I have never written a review before, that's how good the entire experience was. Use this company! They're good people.

Buck was professional and personable. He quoted us a good price to replace a couple of valves, got the job done quickly and cleaned up after himself. Would recommend using Filan & Conner for your plumbing needs.

1.6.26. I am wonderfully warm and happy tonight. My heat went out in this really cold weather over a weekend and the service was fantastic. Both the heater and air conditioner were replaced and they held my hand through it all. They even gave me a private phone number to call for questions and issues. Willy was so helpful and an excellent communicator and technician. Jason went way out of his way to get it done ASAP. Excellent service from Christian, Jason, Willy, Dillon, Nick and Hailey. Thank you one and all for your excellence! Rheem heater gets to my set temperature very quickly and is very quiet. Best HVAC and Plumbing in South Jersey as far as I am concerned. Also had some plumbing work done not connected with HVAC with immediate help by Jason and quick response and expertise by Chris. What a team!
10.08.25 Urell came for routine maintenance on HVAC today. He was easily able to get to my heater which is in an attic with an access panel but no steps. He can easily get there. I trust his expertise and appreciate his excellent communication skills. Thank you Urell!

06.23.25 Had to make an emergency call for my air conditioner. The technician, Urell, arrived promptly. Not only did he have extensive expertise, added to it was great communication skills to translate what he was doing and what was required into something I could understand. Additionally, and something not found often these days, is I could tell he really cared about the job he was doing and making me comfortable. Kudoos Urell and thank you Filan and Conner for always being there for me!
10.09.23 Just wanted to add that I had heater service today. It is very difficult to get to my heater but Blake was able to do so easily. I was very impressed with his expertise and ability. As you can see I continue to recommend this company because they are excellent!
I have used Filan & Conner for about 12 years now. They do excellent work. I use them for heater and air conditioning but also plumbing which was my most recent service. They are very responsive, with quality workmanship and excellent service personnel who are friendly and courteous. On go the shoe coverings before they set foot in the door and they always clean up too. Of particular importance to me is that they are very trustworthy and tell me exactly what I need (and don't need).

I am very satisfied with service of Mr.Buck who installed two sink vanity water and drain pipeline system form one sink vanity system, repaired broken old main water pipe line, and replace outside broken pipeline and faucet. He even contacted township water company to repair outside water system that comes from the street to my house and neighbor after finding problems. He found out possible problems ahead to reduce bigger future possible damages.I am very thankful for his professional mind and his ability to handle all kind of plumbing problems at the fair price. After being with another HVAC company for over a decade, my instinct told me to make a change and I’m very glad I did. Filan & Conner did a wonderful job installing our new tankless water heater. A special shout-out to Eric and Andrew for going above and beyond on the day of install. Both reps were professional and knowledgeable in their skills. I highly recommend this company and plan to use them in the future.

The technician was prompt and thorough when performing the yearly maintenance of my air conditioning unit. I have always been happy with their service. Other companies kept telling me I needed a whole new unit. I went with Filan & Conner, and they told me I did not need to do so which saved me thousands and thousands of dollars. My heating and air conditioning units have worked great every winter and summer for several more years and I attribute it to the yearly maintenance performed by Filan & Conner.

I have an plumbing emergency yesterday. Knowing I needed heat urgently, they arrived first thing in the morning and stayed for over 12 hours until the job done. These are people who care about their work and about the people they work with.
