This was my first time dealing with a contractor that communicated by cell, texted messages and email effectively. Tim is very professional and ALWAYS ON TIME. I applaud this company for taking care of my plumbing needs on Christmas Eve.....WOW!!!!!

Timothy and his team were very professional in all aspects. Took time to explain how and why about all the installations. They are on time and dependable. I would definitely recommend this company.

Made an appointment online in the beginning of the week for an evening appointment. Was called immediately and told they don’t have evening hours (?!) and tried insisting coming out in the morning. I repeatedly told this rather rude man that those hours won’t work for me because I’m a nurse. Settled for 1st thing Saturday. Here I am waiting. Got a text saying their truck is broken and they might be late or have to cancel. I texted back: cancel appt. Waited. No reply. Called them. Again a rude guy answered, told me he got the text. No apologies, no offer to reschedule. Really unprofessional. Called another local plumber. Dispatcher said they will be here THIS MORNING guaranteed. Well, all this transpired within this hour and the other business is pulling up right now, as promised.
