Keith fixed my dishwasher and did a fantastic job. He was professional, friendly, and took the time to explain everything along the way. I really appreciated how clear and knowledgeable he was. Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Felipe is an excellent thecnician, is puntual, works carefully, also is neat and fast.

Jim arrived before the appointment time frame which has never happened to any service appointment I have had and that really impressed me. He was thorough, informative, professional and honest.

Service provider was respectful and patient. He answered our questions without any hesitation. He was also very respectful of our home!

Technician was very nice. He took his time. There was nothing that needed to be repaired. I called to check on whether or not the temperature was accurate. So the $149 I paid was just for him to walk in the door. I do pay for insurance, also.

Trevor was very helpful, knowledgeable and professional! If I ever need service on my washer and dryer, I would like to have him come out to my house.

This company was provided directly through PC Richard. They were courteous on the phone and the technician was as well. My washing machine was still under warranty so the service didn't cost anything.

I just had delivery on a new Whirlpool refrigerator. There was a small piece missing from the vegetable drawer. Tech Michael came to fix the problem. He was very nice, helpful, and professional. Turns out the piece was actually there but well hidden and not explained in the manual! I would definitely use Dan Marc services again. It was a great experience.

I was really apprehensive about using this service given the many negative reviews on Google and Yelp. I bought a whirlpool service extension and this vendor was the only choice available on my area to use that coverage. The representative arrived on time and identified the problem (bad drain pump) quickly, had the replacement part in hand and replaced it quickly and professionally. It was a great experience.

They are terrific! We've had issues with our new washer and dryer and company had to make and authorize service. Dan Marc tech was always within time frame, called on his way and completed the service in a timely/quick way. Elmer here yesterday and the first thing he did was cover his shoes before coming in. Talked to Dean in the office a few times too and he was always respectful and understanding and I appreciate that very much. Being seniors, we felt that although the couple of the repairs were simple to them, we couldn't do them ourselves and they never made us feel stupid! 😁 Thank you so much! 👏👏
