Keith fixed my dishwasher and did a fantastic job. He was professional, friendly, and took the time to explain everything along the way. I really appreciated how clear and knowledgeable he was. Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Company sent out a repair tech he came through the front door I informed him I was sick and I will be in my room to stay away from him but my daughter will be there to assist if he needed it. Cant be to careful with ppl in your home, he proceeded to back out the front door saying im already breathing you air I hate when ppl do this you should of called and told them, 1 how did I know I was going to get sick,2 I told him I was going to be putting myself in a room to stay away from him I didn't have to inform him i was sick 3 no where on their site does it say anything like this to call if your sick.
Now he left after that terrible experience they rescheduled me for that following Friday they come out on Tuesday Friday he was suppose to be here 11-2 he never showed no call no nothing I called the company they said he's running late 230-3 no show they called said he will be by 4 he pulled into my neighborhood speeding it's 25mph and speeds backing out I called the company immediately. It was the same guy CLINTON very rude human being and told them they said he's refusing to come in since you was sick Tuesdays mind you it's Friday. I said why didn't you all send someone else since he's afraid to work he should find a remote job I said so nothings going to be done she said no, I said let me speak to a supervisor she said I am the supervisor
I said he should be spoken to she said she let HIS supervisor know she just told me she is the supervisor. She said I understand your prospective but we cant make him come into your home. ( so they cant make him do his job) I miss two days of work i have a family of 5 and animals with no working dryer and a warranty. Nothing will be done about this. I had to reschedule for Monday 3 days of missed work and now I have to call maytag to find another 3rd party they use this was unnecessary and has raised my anxiety. I will never deal with this company again. please be awear of the unnecessary headach.
