Dan Marc Appliance

The man who did the repair was wonderful. He was such a pleasant & respectful. I appreciated how he took the time to make sure everything was done properly. It’s always so nice to deal with someone who is not only good at what they do, but also such a pleasure to have in your home.

Whirlpool sent Dan Marc Appliance to us for an issue with our Washer Machine. We mentioned that our Dryer had not been getting hot to the technician and he said that issue was most likely a broken timer. Dan Marc Appliance took it upon themselves to bill us $149.95 for a service call for the dryer. Meanwhile, no service took place. The technician did not adjust the machine or replace anything and most importantly he did not relay that this would be an additional charge. We did not authorize or consent and we would not have if that had been disclosed. Additionally, Dan Marc Appliance is tremendously marked up. Billing us $225 for a part + $30 S&H when Whirpool itself retails and ships the product for less than $190. While I tried to speak with Sharon the “customer service” supervisor to rectify this unethical billing. She threatened collections and said that they did not need to authorize or disclose charges. View this as your warning, that if you go with Dan Marc you can expect rude customer service interactions, undisclosed charges, and over-inflated costs.

Jim, who was my repairman was very respectful. Very pleasant. Explained everything to me would impress me the most was that he put slippers on his shoes as not to dirty my carpet. Very knowledgeable of the machine and like I said he repeated a couple things to me so that I could completely understand it. I was very happy with him as a serviceman. I was under warranty so that was a good thing. I would recommend you guys to everybody that needed it
