These guys are great! Showed up on time, did exactly what they said they’d do, and the yard looks incredible after the new seeding. They also removed a big stump, added fresh topsoil and mulch, pruned existing bushes and trees and planted new ones. Highly recommend!

Rick and team were absolutely fantastic, professional, and did a wonderful job. Had them do a late season trimming of all trees, bushes, plants in both the front and back yards. They also remulched de-weeded and was especially grateful that Rich was super attentive. He realized that I had a sunken spot in my lawn and soil levels were low against my driveway and reused some of the material removed from the plant beds to fill them in and seed (I hadn’t even thought of this). Additionally, they had great recommendations and I ended up having them place stone over an unused area of my property that just always gets overgrown with weeds. All around, I was super happy.

Highly recommend Rick Ventola. He came when he said he would, communicated throughout, was honest and fair with his quote, and did an amazing job. Rick and his team solved the flooding problem I had in my back yard. They set up a rock path around my yard for drainage and regraded the backyard. Never had any problems since!

My husband and I noticed that we had poison ivy growing in vine form on a few of our trees in the backyard. It was also growing through grass after a while. We called a few different companies, but Rick at R. Ventola had the best solution in mind to stop the spread and also clean up that area of our yard.

Rick was very responsive and got us on his calendar in a timely manner (even in the summer months). I hired Ventola Landscaping to install new curbing in front of two houses. One required River Jacks and the other Belgium Block. Rick listened to every detail of what we were looking for and the process was perfect from beginning to end. The crew was skilled, hard working & professional. I discovered R Ventola because a number of homes on my block use him for their weekly lawn maintenance and their properties look pristine.

I had them prune a number of trees and shrubs on my property that had not been attended to as often as they should have been. I also had him do a spring cleanup, weed my garden beds and tie-back a number of large arborvitae that had fallen over due to the recent heavy rains. Rick listened to my concerns, made notes during the initial proposal and did a thorough walkthrough with myself and his crew prior to commencing the project. I was really impressed with the job that was done. His crew were professional and friendly - my yard looks amazing. I am very happy with the work (wish I had engaged him sooner!). I would use Rick Ventola for any other landscaping work in the future and recommend others do the same.

Rick and his team are great. They are hard working and do a good job for both big and small tasks. I recently had our arbovitae bushes trimmed and he personally oversaw the project. I had another contractor scheduled but the first time they came without a ladder and then never showed for the reschedule date. Rick's team showed up on time and finished quickly and cleaned up nicely.

We needed a lot of work done in our backyard; drainage, rerouting gutters, power washing patio and walkway, lattice repairs etc. Rick was recommended to us and we couldn't be happier with the work he did. Everything looks great and we want to be in our yard now.

He even took care of the little details, such as making sure nailheads matched and didn't clash with the white lattice.

His work is the mark of someone who takes pride in their work and we highly recommend him.
