I’ve used Campbell Comfort for over 15 years now! I can’t say enough about the quality of work and the responsiveness of all employees, from those that work in the office to the technicians that come to the house. A very conscientious group of people who work at Campbell Comfort! The knowledge the technicians have with regard to their trade is unsurpassed. Always a positive experience!

Mike Price is an extremely knowledgeable and professional technician! He is always so honest and we trust him with all of our HVAC needs. I have been a realtor for 20 years and have met many hvac techs; Mike is leagues ahead of all the rest!
We also met Dan his assistant, who is very professional and accommodating as well. Campbell Comfort is such an excellent company and very highly recommended!!!!!! You won't be disappointed!

Norm has serviced our heater and air conditioner in the past. We have used Campbell Comfort for several years and have always been pleased with their service. Norm is always professional and friendly and will answer all our questions regarding his servicing our unit.

Had Campbell Comfort come out for the annual service on both of my A/C units. They had done the annual service on my Heating system back in October. As usual, they were prompt and arrived at the beginning of their service window, were professional with how they treated me and my family and our home. Great family owned business!!!

I called Campbell with a central A/C issue, and Brian came out the same day. He was professional, knowledgeable, and patient with answering any questions that I had. The system is working %150 better, and just in time for hot weather this week (thanks to him). Thanks to Brian and Campbell Comfort Systems!

The response time was within an hour and what I thought was wrong, my water heater, was actually a pump on the air conditioner. They took the time to review all my options and answer all my questions. Repaired the pump, cleaned up and explained everything. I hope I don’t have to but if the need arises, I will definitely call Campbell Comfort! Excellent service and very professional. 100% satisfied!

We have been customers of Campbell Comfort Systems for more than a decade. We are always pleased with the professional manner of all affiliated staff members. The office personnel are always very courteous and accommodating,especially when it comes to scheduling, and the technicians are skilled and ready to explain everything about the work they are performing. We appreciate all that you do to keep our home a comfortable place in which to live.

I'll continue to amend this as I use their services. Norm arrived to take care of our heating system PM for the season. Both he and the other gent (I am bad with names!) were amicable and transparent about the tasks they were performing, and took the time to answer any questions I had. They offered some system additions and upgrades with absolutely no pressure to buy into anything new, while explaining the benefits of each option. They also complimented my cats, which has nothing to do with the service, but is worth listing anyway.. I will 100% continue to use Campbell Comfort Systems as my HVAC service provider.

Dispatch had us on the schedule within 48 hours for a standard system check. The technician, Mike, was prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. HVAC system was running noticeably better after a cleaning and recharge. Will definitely be utilizing their service in the future.

We had a technician come out to service our aging heater. He was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. He was straightforward and honest about our situation and the options available to us. Very impressed with the level of service and professionalism provided!

Mike was above and beyond my expectations. He came to my house twice in the same day! The first time to diagnose the issue and, later the same day, returned to perform the repairs necessary to keep my family cool in this heat wave. Great service and dedication to customers. Mike was extremely professional and courteous of everything. He explained all options and causes as to why things were occurring. He made sure to where a mask and even covered his feet when walking through my residence. He was very pleasant and nice to work with. He even had a special treat for my Bear-Cub, our puppy! I will absolutely be using their services again. Thank you!

Update....recent service call and excellent service as usual. Norm and Jake were awesome. We love Campbells! We have been very happy with the service from campbells in replacing 2 entire heating and ac systems in our duplex in the space of about a month lol...ok....not happy about spending the money, but we did get 2 awesome systems from an awesome team! We look forward to continuing our service on our shiny new systems with such a great company. From sales to service to the great gals in the office to the installers...highly impressed!

The technician and the installers were amazing. They were out immediately for the install. The team did an outstanding job installing a new a.c. unit. Mike P. And Bill were professional, friendly, and very informative. I highly recommend calling them for all of your AC needs.

Everyone made our recent experience using Campbell Comfort Systems great and happy we use them as our primary service company for our home heating and cooling systems. From Deanna in the office to our installers Matt & Ryan everyone was professional, caring and took the time to answer all our questions during each phase of our installation. Campbell Comfort Systems always does an excellent job. They communicate well, send an email with a photo of the technician so I know who to expect at my door, and constantly keep me updated on when we are due for system maintenance. Brian V. was polite, professional, and friendly. I highly recommend this company.

Our experience with Campbell Comfort Systems was outstanding. Our technician Jake went out of his was to try and repair our system and when it was concluded that we would need a new one, he took the time to explain to us our options and pick the best one for our needs. Today, we had heating maintenance/flame sensor installed by Mike Price and Damian and we were very pleased. Excellent company with all around amazing customer service! We were not customers and needed a new HVAC system. It was installed within days. The tech was available for questions prior to purchase well after normal business hours.

There were two installs scheduled for the day and the owner himself was present to assist with ours. Many companies that are bigger can have owners that are handsoff.

All of the techs present on install day were extremely clean, professional and respectful of our home! They were very pleasant and understanding of our children wanting to watch and ask questions.

The install took longer than initially expected due to damaged product upon opening. At no time did they ever appear annoyed or rushed and took ample time in the end to explain the operation of the system to us.

This is a top of the line company with amazing all around service. They came highly recommended and now we understand why! More companies should arrive to be like Campbell Comfort System!

I'm so glad I called & got Campbell Comfort Systems to service our heater.The price was very good & the fact that it's a privately owned company means a lot to us. From the moment I called & set up the appointment with the woman who answered to the time the person who serviced our heater, Jake, left I was very happy. He showed up on time, was very informative, helpful & didn't rush when I had questions. I'm extremely pleased to have a service that I can call now. I'd recommend them to anyone.

I was pleasantly surprised how quickly I was able to get a technician out to service our a/c unit. Same day! Chris was knowledgeable and very personable. He explained in detail what was going on and what he would need to do to remedy the problem. I was hesitant at first when calling their company simply because unfortunately so many companies out there are just looking to make money and don't care about the customer. I am so glad I decided to go with Campbell for our equipment issues. They exceeded my expectations and I couldn't be happier. Chris did a fantastic job and deserves to be acknowledged!
