Used AdvantaClean for mold remediation in my basement last week. They showed up on time, were respectful of our home (used tarps on the floor and wore booties over their shoes) and did a great job cleaning up the mold we had. They recommended a dehumidifier (which I set up right after they left) and so far, I'm very pleased with the service and value they provided. Great team I would wholeheartedly recommend!

My wife and I noticed a mold issue in our master bathroom that we felt was going to be a major issue. We called AdvantaClean and Dave came over this morning, and was extremely professional. I have used Dave services twice once in a home we purchased a for my daughter that hadn’t had anything done in 40 some years they did a great job getting construction dust an old dirt out of the total AC and heating system duct work.
also had them come to my home and do our AC and heating system! they did an excellent and thorough job with two dogs and a woodstove it was so nice to have the entire system swept out and having clean air moves through the system!

Called in for a mold inspection for a prospective new home. Scheduling the inspection was easy and worked perfectly for us since we were nearing the end of our inspection period. The staff at AdvantaClean were very nice to make sure I had all my questions answered whether it was scheduling, the process for treatment, or billing. Got our inspection done by David Parker. He is very knowledgeable and helped us understand our concerns. He had run into traffic on the way and let us know ahead of time and still worked with our schedule to not only visit a second time, but a third time - just to verify all of my concerns. Honestly, it was my fault he had to go there 3 times because I didn't get to give all of the info ahead of time. So make sure you send the inspection report ahead of time or some pictures/details first! He was very helpful and didn't assume that I would know everything about mold or whatever, he explained. He really helped me feel relieved that we don't have any mold and he took the extra steps in order to make sure I had all my questions answered. :) Thank you Dave for your excellent service!

I cannot say enough good things about this company. The crew was polite, clean cut, and on time each and every day. They accommodated my schedule and kept us right on track with the closing of the sale of our home while keeping me informed with the progress every step of the way.
