Warmaire saved me on two separate occasions. They are responsive, knowledgeable, and professional. Management and the office staff is great, and the techs are great as well. Chad and Will are both so friendly and patient. They answered our questions well, and were in constant communication with management. Their prices are reasonable, which is very important. Personally, I won't call anyone else, and will always recommend Warmaire to anyone! Thank you!

Warmaire was truly amazing!! Two weeks ago they replaced my entire air conditioning service inside and out in just 2 days!!! The men kept the house clean as they worked and I am completely satisfied with the job.
Just gave their name to 2 friends who might need their expert services in the near future!!

Mike did an excellent job cleaning our gas furnaces. Even found a dead bird inside. Nasty job. He was prompt, polite & wore booties while inside house! Very professional! I’ll definitely hire them again!

As a new owner and new to condo living I asked about hiring an HVAC company to service our unit. Our building captain recommended Warmaire. I followed up and called their number. Allison was very helpful in explaining their service. I arranged for a Spring service and they came on time and were very courteous. The technician, Will explained what he did and also the other services they provide. We are very happy to have hired them for our Fall service. There is only one payment and they have 24 hour service if needed. This was a good recommendation and we are very pleased.

Erik was very nice, he came right when they said he would come. Explained everything so we understood what was wrong with our system. Glad I called them.

I have two separate 5 star reviews for Warmaire. First over the summer, my AC pipes were frozen (likely due to a refrigerant leak since I’ve had it recharged several times since moving in in 2019). They came out inspected the system. Recommended replacement (which we are likely going to do in 2025 because the system is 25 years old and has a leak somewhere) but also recharged our system the day before 4th of July and didn’t even charge us.

The second came on Christmas Eve when we woke up with no heat. We initially had a different big name company/franchise come out earlier in the day and diagnose the problem BUT they didn’t have the part on the truck and gave us no estimate of when we would have heat. We eventually called Warmaire (pretty late at night while I’m sure they were spending time with family/friends). I spoke with Kevin who was super helpful. I explained our issue and totally understood that Warmaire would want to diagnose it themselves. BUT he made sure they had the correct part on the truck (before sending a tech to our house) just in case that’s what it was. He also told me if I had any additional issues that I could call him—even on Christmas Day! Mason was dispatched to our house and arrived on time and was very nice. He diagnosed the problem quickly and had heat up and running in no time. I respect anyone in the trades, especially when they have to leave their personal lives to help others at night or holidays. Tried to tip Mason and he declined and said it wasn’t necessary. I feel like Warmaire truly cares about providing quality service— bothHVAC service and customer service. This was a great Christmas present for us to get heat before Santa came the next morning. My wife and I appreciate it more than our two young sons could understand.

My husband and I needed a new furnace in December and everyone was giving us outrageous prices and/or a far out timeline. We called Warmaire and Kevin and Eric (+ their team!) were SUCH a pleasure to work with. They were empathetic, shifted their schedule to make sure we had heat before the nights got too cold and communicated VERY well with us. They also had fair pricing which was a godsend to us around the holidays! They offer financing options too which also was super helpful. 110% recommend.

Great experience with this company. They were very friendly when I originally called them on the phone to make the appointment after I received a postcard mailer from
them. Fair prices too, way more competitive than others in area. Did a maintenance check on both systems. Tech arrived right on schedule. Michael Best was my technician and he explained everything to me and was very nice and helpful. First time using them and will definitely use them going forward! Thanks guys! :)

I cannot express how amazing this company and their staff are. They have always come through for us, weekends included. They are not crazy over priced, they are fair and reasonable. They are also trustworthy which is invaluable. They came to repair my condo when I couldn’t be there. I’m so thankful for them. Highly recommend!!!

The courteous customer service reps were pleasant to hear from. The installers were fantastic. Mason was friendly, clean, quiet, professional. at times I forgot they were even here. We are very happy with the excellent installation service of Warmaire. We had them install two cold climate heat pumps in our house. They are expert in their field and gave us detailed and accurate recommendations. Our house is much warmer now and our energy bill came down significantly.

Customer for over 12 years. I have been totally satisfied with their service. They respond to requests for service immediately and that includes on the weekends . Warmaire conditioning came to inspect my parents furnace as it wasn’t working all that good . The tech found the heat exchanger to have holes in it and in safe to operate . They imidiately started the search for a replacement got the permits in order gave us a quote for the job. They squeezed them In for next day installation. Paul Steve and mason showed up the next morning and did a great job . They were friendly they were neat and cleaned up as the went . They made my parents feel comfortable as they are elderly. I would highly recommend this company . They do quality work and get the job done .

After having to replace our AC unit just ten years ago, we were disheartened to find ourselves needing another full replacement. Thankfully, WarmAire Conditioning in West Milford turned the whole experience around for us. From the moment Erik came to assess our system, everything was seamless. He was professional, honest, and offered us multiple options. In the end, we chose a full replacement, and Mason and his crew took it from there.

Despite it being the hottest day of the year—100 degrees!—the team worked efficiently, thoroughly, and with such professionalism. We were especially impressed by their attention to detail and the care they took in making sure everything was done right as well as explaining the process throughout.
