I recently had Pronto clean the carpets in my home, and I am absolutely blown away by the results! From start to finish, the experience was fantastic, and the carpets look better than they have in years.
Anthony and his team from Pronto were so professional, punctual, and courteous. They arrived exactly when they said they would and took the time to explain their process and answer all my questions. They were very careful with my furniture and walls, ensuring no damage occurred during the cleaning.
But the real magic happened with the cleaning itself. I honestly didn't think some of the high-traffic areas and stubborn stains would ever come out, but Pronto worked wonders! My carpets are now incredibly clean, fresh-smelling, and have regained their original vibrancy. It's like I have brand new carpets without the expense of replacing them.

Pronto did a great job cleaning the rugs and were communicative. They also took great care in placing my rug exactly as it was (based on a photo they had). Highly recommend.

So let me get this straight... this place wants to clean our carpets yet makes a MESS of our porches and sidewalks?? They came through on Sunday, July 6th with door hangers. Rather than punching out the holes ahead of time, they did it while walking our sidewalks. The punch-outs are all over the place. See photos. Complete disregard. They want our business and this is how they treat our neighborhood?? Forget it. Hire someone else. I contacted the company twice. No response.

Pronto was amazing! They cleaned our boucle cushioned stools like it was nothing at all. The job was quick and easy and they knew exactly how to handle the material and bring it back to brand new. Highly recommended for any carpet cleaning and remediation.
