Pilis' Cleaning has been helping our family for almost three years now and they are truly amazing. Incredibly trustworthy, a team of wonderful women, very responsive, and they do an amazing job helping us keep our home clean! Pilis' does bi-weekly cleaning for my family and they also have done move-in and move-out deep cleaning. Their work is meticulous, and we are always amazed at just how clean and organized our home is when they leave. Their covid cleaning protocols are great. They've also been incredibly kind to our children, making everyone feel extremely comfortable when they are in our home. Couldn't recommend Pilis' more highly, they are fantastic!

Karen, her mother and the team are totally professional and lovely people. They are fast without sacrificing thoroughness. It is such a pleasure to walk out when they come, take my dog for a long walk, and come home to a shining apartment. Dog hair gone— bathrooms spotless. They even clean things I didn’t know could be a part of a routine cleaning, such as the dozens of blinds and windows in my apartment. I am so happy to have found them.

Karen runs a fantastic business. She and her crew are responsible, timely and so considerate of schedules/requests etc. I especially love the way she manages clients and schedules. We got her info through word of mouth (which is high praise in itself) and I am happily passing it on to anyone that asks.

So many great things to say about Karen and her team. I have been looking for a cleaning service that is accommodating and trustworthy and have gone through many different companies that started increasing their prices every quarter or started falling back on quality after a few cleanings. Pilis' cleaning service definitely changed my life. I am not kidding! Karen and her team are so thoughtful. They are proactive in bringing up items that need cleaning and will even let me know how to clean it if I prefer to do it myself. I also bring up items that I've seen and ask Karen her thoughts on how I should clean/address it. Always a great dialogue that ends with a great solution. The best thing I would say is that everyone that works for this company cares. I shared a note on my phone with Karen that I update it before every cleaning to just note what items I want her to focus on that day, and she ensures everything is covered. She is just super easy to work with. I can go on and on about all the great things about this cleaning service. Thank you Karen and team for making my life easier!
