Constraction reviews in West Orange, New Jersey

I was referred to Jay Global Home by a friend who had a great experience with a roof replacement they performed, and now I understand why. From start to finish, the team was exceptional. Alexandra was a pleasure to work with: highly responsive, knowledgeable, and always available to answer our questions. She guided us through the entire process, including working directly with our insurance company, which made everything smooth and stress-free.

The crew replaced our roof and installed new gutters in under two days. Their speed, professionalism, and attention to detail were outstanding. They kept the site clean throughout and left no mess behind when they finished. Communication was excellent every step of the way.

I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for quality work and top-tier service. They truly care about their customers, and it shows. We love our new roof; thank you, Alexandra and team!!

I had the opportunity to work with Alexandra, the owner of Jay Global Home LLC, and her professionalism truly stood out. She took immediate action to address the situation and made sure everything was handled the right way. Most importantly, the client was left completely satisfied with the outcome, which speaks volumes about the company’s standards and care. I highly recommend Jay Global Home for their quick response, professionalism, and commitment to customer satisfaction.

I got my roof installation in two days excellent crew. The job was done above and beyond they left everything clean around the property and neighbors. It was really easy process and miss Alexandra made everything really clear from the beginning highly recommended.

It gives me great pleasure to write a review for this company. My husband and I were in a dilemma as to how we were going to address our issue because we had experienced a leak in our dining room ceiling.

Jay Global just happened to be replacing my neighbor's roof across the street. Their roof replaced looked very nice! We were apprehensive, but I ask if they could look at my ceiling and possibly give me a quote.

We initially were nervous and feeling overwhelmed about getting the work done due to scammers, insurance increasing and lack of confident that the work would be done professionally. However, the process went well. Alexandra is just amazing! Her expertise and knowledge brought so much ease to the process of getting what we needed for our home. She took her time and explained in detail what we needed, how long the process would take and what should be expected.

After the the insurance company agreed to what was needed, Jay Global went right to work. The workers showed up on time, finished the job in a timely manner and left no trace that they were there.

I have referred people to Jay Global who may need a new roof and siding because our home looks amazing! My neighbors love it too so we all are just satisfied!

Thank you so much Jay Global Home, LLC for a job well done!

It is my pleasure to write a review for Jay Global Home, LLC. From the moment I met Alexandra, I knew she had my best interests at heart. I was referred by a colleague and wasn’t even sure it was the right time to replace my roof — not because it didn’t need it (it definitely did!)—but because, with two kids in college, it was hard to justify the expense right now.
Alexandra made the entire process clear and transparent. She helped ensure that everything that could be covered by insurance was covered, and she explained exactly what I would need to handle out of pocket. The crew worked incredibly hard, completed the project quickly and thoroughly, and took such care with my home. I had just planted new flowers and shrubs all around the house, and they protected every single one.
The cleanup was like nothing I’ve ever seen; they left my yard spotless, even cleaning my neighbors’ driveways! It was truly a pleasure working with such a professional, caring, and detail-oriented team.
I highly recommend Jay Global Home, an outstanding company with exceptional service from start to finish.

Jay Global Home LLC had recently done total roof replacements for 2 friends of mine. I observed the whole process, and how thorough they were from start to finish.
I asked them to inspect my roof - which they did -and provided me with a complete analysis, with numerous pictures to better explain what their findings were. They gave me their recommendations which did not include a total replacement - showing their honesty and integrity.
Recently Jay Global Home inspected the roof of one of my family members home - which was leaking. They made some minor repairs to stop the leak and they advised at this time it did not need a total replacement.
I can't say enough good about Jay Global Home LLC - they are responsive, professional, honest and their work reflects their top notch experience.
Thank you Jay Global Home !

Alexandra is amazing and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience with Jay Global Home! I recently had my roof replaced and I also added a dormer addition to my attic. Alexandra helped me to think through the design and paired me with an amazing architect to draw up the plans. She then helped me to work with my insurance and to navigate the very lengthy process of obtaining the property survey and necessary permits from the city. Alexandra was a true partner and was there every step of the way. She took the time to answer a million questions and to educate me about my home and the process. She was knowledgeable, courteous, patient, and kind, and her team was professional as well, offering top-notch service. They finished the huge job in just a few days and cleaned up after themselves completely, inside and out. No mess and no headaches! Jay Global Home did a super high-quality job and was able to give my old historical home the same artisan treatment that the original architect intended. Some other roofing contractors come in and do a rush job with flawed work and then they just move on to the next house. Not Jay Global Home. Alexandra and her team did a beautiful job restoring this old home to its former glory with no detail overlooked! I would recommend Jay Global Home to anyone who may be hesitant about taking this step or who may be unsure about who to trust with your home. Jay Global Home offers comprehensive roofing and remodeling services but, more than anything, they care! They are conscientious and they take great pride in what they do! That’s why they are the absolute best!

Jay global was a breath of fresh air. They helped me get a new roof by going over my policy and showing me that my roof was covered by my policy and assisted me in filling the right paperwork. The cost was incredible, also they offered new gutters at a reasonable price thank you for everything.

Jay Global Home, LLC did an excellent job repairing my home. A delivery company accidentally hit a wire that caused damage to my siding. Alexandra came out promptly to assess the situation and had it fixed the very next day. The repair was done quickly, professionally, and with great attention to detail. I’m very satisfied with their work and highly recommend Jay Global Home, LLC!

Jay Global Home LLC replaced our roof recently and they did an outstanding job from start to finish. The team was knowledgeable respectful and worked efficiently. They explained everything clearly delivered exactly what they promised and the quality of workmanship is exceptional. They also made sure the area was completely clean after the project. We are very happy with the results and highly recommend Jay Global Home LLC to anyone who needs roofing work done.

J Global Home LLC recently repaired the wind damage we sustained during a storm, and they were excellent from start to finish.

Manny, our project manager, was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and friendly throughout the entire process. He explained everything clearly, kept us informed at each step, and made what could have been a stressful situation feel very manageable.

The crew did an outstanding job replacing our roof. The work was done efficiently, the site was kept clean, and the finished result looks fantastic. Highly Recommend!

Muy buena experiencia, los recomiendo al 100%

Would not recommend this company. They came to clean my vents and used a vacuum that looked as simple as a shopvac, I could have done that myself. There still is a musty smell coming from my air vents, nothing about my air feels fresher. Also, the two men who worked on my vents made such a mess. They left black hand prints all over my freshly painted white walls and damaged some of my walls. For $1100, I expected my vents to look squeaky clean, instead some appear to still be filled with dust and grime from the outside. To top it all off, they threw the shoe covers that they wore on my front lawn after they were done. It seems like very unprofessional people are working for this company, I recommend you look elsewhere for vent cleaning services.

Amazing experience! They removed a lot of dust buildup and improved the air quality noticeably.

Pricing was fair compared to other quotes I got, and the quality of work definitely made it worth it. If you’re in West Orange and need duct, dryer vent, or chimney cleaning, I’d definitely recommend giving them a call.

These guys did an amazing job cleaning my air ducts and dryer vent. They explained everything clearly and worked very efficiently. My home feels fresher and cleaner now.

The crew arrived on time and handled my air duct cleaning with great care. My home feels much cleaner now.

Excellent interior paint work. Precise, neat, clean. Punctual and pleasant.
High value for the price.

They worked quickly and efficiently. I could tell they knew exactly what they were doing.

Great service. I recommend a lot.

Friendly, detail-oriented crew. Clean Dream made the whole process stress-free.
