I called Colin at NJ Wash Co on 4/6/26. He picked up the phone, he was very pleasant a I made an appt.He came as scheduled, Per insurance inspection. I needed to have algae & mold removed from a small section of my roof. After review Colin turned down the work,because he didn't want charge me the minimum for 15 minutes of work.Instead he advised on what supplies to get. I had a good friend/ handy man do the job. We passed inspection today. I appreciate that Colin extended that courtesy
to us!!

I was very happy with the service, Colin, the owner was easy to work with and addressed my concerns about not damaging my old siding and all the trees and foliage close to the house.

We had our house powerwashed for the first time — didn’t realize how much of it a difference it would make. It was probably the first powerwash our house had ever had. Buildup and grime disappeared and cobwebs gone as well from every crevice. An added bonus was that we even stopped seeing the occasional critters indoors afterwards thanks to the thorough exterior clean!

It was easy to book our wash online. NJ Wash Co showed up on time and got right to work — we did not need to do a thing. We especially appreciated that they worked carefully to secure our doormats, patio sets, etc to get into every area of the exterior. Their truck and equipment looked state of the art. The spray was strong in cleansing the dirt yet gentle — a large area of our siding is painted and everything looked as good as new afterwards. Our house was left sparkling! We are already looking forward to having them back again soon!

Nj Wash Co, is an outstanding company that will leave you breathless from the outcome. The Owner came to my house. He inspected my house, Patio , and fence. He asked what I wanted done ,and then went to work. He finished the job in a little over a hour. My home is no longer dirty or dull looking. There is no more mole and mildew visible anywhere. My patio looks amazing!!!!!
