Had my roof done recently with Jay Global.
The workmanship efficiency, integrity of work and professionalism exceeded my expectations. Moreover, the cleanup in the aftermath was impressive. I would highly recommend this company to anyone with roofing issues.

I recently had my roof redone by Jay Global Home, and I couldn't be happier with the results! They arrived on time, worked diligently, and left the area spotless after they finished.

Alexandra took time to explain the process for me, they took pictures of the very damaged roof and sent to the insurance company. She helped to send the claim and followed up . Gave me a selection of colors to choose from and when the job was completed, my house looked as good as new. The good thing was how at easy they made the process seem because they know what they were doing and were professional about it all. I am just glad I went with them. Oh and they are ready to come over and explain or even fix anything if you need them to, like when I thought my gutters were spoilt. They came, took pictures to show me it was just debris that had blocked it and even helped me to clear the debris for me. They are straight forward, no cutting corners. Yes, I like the company.

We loved working with the team. Alexandra was fantastic; she directly understood all our concerns (2 locations: Roof and interior paint work), the work was done extremely quickly and professionally, and costs were exactly as discussed. She also handled all the insurance claims fully. We cannot recommend them enough.

Jay Global did the very good job and were willing to work through the entire process of replacing my roof. Even while dealing with my insurance company, we’re patient . They worked fast and very efficient while providing quality work. I would recommend them .

I got my roof installation in two days excellent crew. The job was done above and beyond they left everything clean around the property and neighbors. It was really easy process and miss Alexandra made everything really clear from the beginning highly recommended.

It gives me great pleasure to write a review for this company. My husband and I were in a dilemma as to how we were going to address our issue because we had experienced a leak in our dining room ceiling.

Jay Global just happened to be replacing my neighbor's roof across the street. Their roof replaced looked very nice! We were apprehensive, but I ask if they could look at my ceiling and possibly give me a quote.

We initially were nervous and feeling overwhelmed about getting the work done due to scammers, insurance increasing and lack of confident that the work would be done professionally. However, the process went well. Alexandra is just amazing! Her expertise and knowledge brought so much ease to the process of getting what we needed for our home. She took her time and explained in detail what we needed, how long the process would take and what should be expected.

Jay Global Home LLC had recently done total roof replacements for 2 friends of mine. I observed the whole process, and how thorough they were from start to finish.
I asked them to inspect my roof - which they did -and provided me with a complete analysis, with numerous pictures to better explain what their findings were. They gave me their recommendations which did not include a total replacement - showing their honesty and integrity.
Recently Jay Global Home inspected the roof of one of my family members home - which was leaking. They made some minor repairs to stop the leak and they advised at this time it did not need a total replacement.

Alexandra helped me to think through the design and paired me with an amazing architect to draw up the plans. She then helped me to work with my insurance and to navigate the very lengthy process of obtaining the property survey and necessary permits from the city. Alexandra was a true partner and was there every step of the way. She took the time to answer a million questions and to educate me about my home and the process. She was knowledgeable, courteous, patient, and kind, and her team was professional as well, offering top-notch service. They finished the huge job in just a few days and cleaned up after themselves completely, inside and out. No mess and no headaches! Jay Global Home did a super high-quality job and was able to give my old historical home the same artisan treatment that the original architect intended. Some other roofing contractors come in and do a rush job with flawed work and then they just move on to the next house. Not Jay Global Home. Gave us a written quote, came back and asked for $1300 more after arriving late and treated my wife disrespectfully. Then told me to take them to court if I wanted to hold them to their offer.
