The friendly staff down at Appliance Repair Westfield came out to my house to provide some fridge repair service and they really renewed my faith in the customer service process. Their tech took the time to explain to me what he was doing and then did exactly what he said he would do.

After spending some time trying to figure out why my fridge was not cooling properly I finally did what I should have done in the first place. I called Appliance Repair Westfield and ask them to provide some fridge repair. Their tech changed out the thermostat and the unit has worked great ever since.

When my stove broke down on me I started frantically looking for someone that excelled at working on stoves at a competitive price. Appliance Repair Westfield jumped out at me so I gave them the job and they provided to be the best choice for the job. They provided a quick repair and the price was satisfactory as well.

When I called Appliance Repair Westfield the first time for refrigerator repair I pretty much expected it would be days before they got out to look at it. They proved me wrong by coming out the same afternoon and providing a cost effective solution to my problem. I am so thankful that great customer service is alive and well.

They were absolutely amazing. We called at 8:00 AM because our Whirlpool dryer stopped heating. They gave us a window of 11:00-2:00 for the same day.
Raul arrived at noon. He stayed for about two hours. He took apart the dryer, and diagnosed that a safety fuse burnt out when the (I can’t remember which) belt broke. Raul installed replacement parts for each. Then, after vacuuming the never-before-vacuumed machine, he ensured that the dryer was working perfectly.

I returned to laundry by 3:00. He was great!
