I am sorry to report that this individual wasted our time and was unresponsive. We had an appointment with him on Friday February 24th. He came on time, took many measurements and said that he would email a quote to us the next day. We didn’t hear from him so we followed up Monday with a phone call. He apologized and said we have a quote in 8 hours. It in now Sunday March 5th and we have had no communication from him. Perhaps our job was too small for him. I cannot recommend this company. (Edited to include that my partner Frank P. booked the appointment. Yes, it was you)
