Melvin and Carlos go above and beyond in what is required to make the customer happy. We were so happy of how our basement turn out they did an excellent job and the work was done in time. I highly recommend them!

We have had Melvin and his team at our house for multiple jobs already, most recently for the installation of two new windows. Everything about this job was quick and easy, they are a true pleasure to work with !!!!

Hired Melvin and his crew on three separate occasions. They were always on time and hit the timeframes and cost estimates promised. Would not hesitate to hire them again for my next project. Trustworthy group for sure.

We are very pleased with the work they did. We needed new gutters and they came as promised and worked fast. Their service was amazing and the team was really honest and friendly and answered every question we had. We definitely recommend them and will use them again in the future.

I have been using Melvin and his team for several years. He always responds to my texts quickly and has done several projects for me. He is great to work with. I highly recommend him and I will continue to use him.

Clark Contractors build a bungalow from a part of a roten garage in the backyard and fixed four basement windows. They gave us advice on how they would complete the project while they listened to what we wanted to come to 100% calibration. The workers came early to work under extreme heat and the pricing was incredibly fair for what we asked.

Melvin and his crew exceeded my expectations. They came for a day of odds and ends work for a house I've lived in for a year (long enough to find the real issues ;-) ). They didn't just do what I wanted, they solved problems I didn't know I had. They had a tick list for the day, and added to it, came early, stayed late, got the job done. He asks for a fair rate and I'm happy to pay it because he overdelivers. He has a smile on his face all day long, he clearly loves what he does. The team works clean, SMART, they get the job done RIGHT. Everything you'd want in a construction partner. I look forward to many more projects together. Great guy, fantastic work. Gets it done right the first time.

Clark Contractors are wonderful! I am using them for multiple projects during my home renovation. They come with great ideas I have not even thought of, and are all very polite and knowledgeable. They are very easy to get in touch with via text, and will not leave unless you are 100% satisfied with their work - they really care! I highly recommend!

Will be recommending Melvin & Carlos to anyone who looking to do any remodeling. Finished the job in a timely manner with quality work. Always kept me in the loop about price and very detail oriented.

Clark Contractors did such an great job renovating our guest bathroom that we plan to have them do our master bathroom!
Hard working, clean, responsive, respectful, efficient and reasonable - we highly recommend Melvin and his team!

Phenomenal work! Clark contractors took care of our basement remodeling. We received many quotes, but theirs was the best. Everything they did was well organized and left the work area cleaned at the end of each work day. They kept us informed throughout the entire process or when they found something that could present an issue down the line. We are extremely satisfied with their work and would recommend to anyone looking for great quality service!

Melvin and Carlos run a friendly and professional business. I have utilized their services on two separate occasions. They ensured that I was informed about the remodel every step of the way. They were also very informative to make sure I was making the correct decision. The team is respectful of the home and look to work clean. I will definitely used their services again in the future.

Melvin and Carlos are absolutely fantastic! They completely redid my kitchen as well as one of my bathrooms. Plus they took down the paneling in one of the rooms and did repair work and painting. They are friendly, professional, punctual. They listen to what the client wants and are an absolute pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend then to anyone!

Melvin, Carlos and their team replaced my 19 year old leaky water heater. Their team arrived around 4pm, worked painstakingly in a tiny area until 9:30pm. Although they had already done a whole day’s work at another job, Carlos still worked conscientiously and took care to do the job right. They were honest, very professional, left the area clean afterward. What set Clark Contractors apart from the rest is Melvin has his customer’s interest in mind. He price shopped different vendors to get better price and warranty for us. Their price was the most competitive.

Melvin and Carlos (and the rest of the Clark Contractor team) have done fabulous work on six of my houses over the past 3 years. The quality of the work on the vast number of projects they have completed for me has consistently exceeded my expectations. Their incredible attention to detail, creativity and flexibility set them far apart from other contractors I have work with. The dependability and value of the Clark Contractor team is unparalleled.
