Super helpful guys here. As a home owner I didn't feel like a POS like the few times I went GPS. Their prices are so much better too and they are willing to take back product for a cash refund anytime. Super convenient.

7-18-22: I've had a problem with my AC unit the past couple of days and when the temps continued to rise in my house last night and today, I called and spoke with Joe. He gave me an appointment tonight and arrived early. He was beyond kind and professional in taking a look at the issue, correcting it and making sure that my house will once again be cooled down tonight. He answered all of my questions, especially about a new unit (current one is 42 years old), did not try and just up and sell me on a new one right on the spot. Said that I could most likely get through this summer and upcoming winter. Even mentioned how when I do put a new one in, how much $ on my bill I will end up saving each month. Beyond reasonably priced too. I will definitely be calling them back when I'm able to finally put that new unit in.
