I could not ask for a better experience after one of my residences basement had flooded causing extensive damage. Jenny was able to help me through the entire process and could not have asked for a better person to assist me in the process.

This company made a devastating experience in my life 100% worse with their lack of professionalism, faulty equipment, and incompetent employees. I hired them to take care of water damage and they did an extensive amount of more damage to my property and personal belongings during the process. They refused to take responsibility for the damages or make adjustments to their charges in order to compensate me for the damages they caused. They went as far as putting a lien on my house to make me pay them the full amount! This is not the way to do business. I'd advise anyone looking for restoration services to absolutely not hire ServPro of Woodbury/Deptford to do it! You do not want the lowlifes they hire inside of your home!!

Last week, I had a pipe break behind the wall in my kitchen (around 5pm). The entire 1st floor of my house ended up with an inch to two inches of water. I called my homeowner's to file a claim. They partner with Servpro for remediation. They called Servpro for me and said Servpro would call me back within the hour. About 15 minutes later, they called. I explained what happened and what the state of my 1st floor was. They explained that at this point, there wasn't much they could do to mitigate the damage but that they would be out the next morning no later than 9am. The next morning, I get a call from Joe letting me know they were on the way (they were there before 9am). Joe was OUTSTANDING. He sat down with me, explained the entire process, spoke with our adjuster, got the approval, and got right to work with his partner, James. I can't say enough good things about Servpro and Joe, especially. They did an outstanding job and worked quickly. I was so impressed that I decided to continue using Servpro's construction division to handle the repairs of my first floor. Jody met with me on my schedule, coming out at almost 6pm on a weeknight because I wasn't able to work from home anymore. I told him what my adjuster was estimating for the repairs, told him what I'd like to do, and he took it from there. Jody and Joe, both, have been nothing but accommodating, professional, and polite. If anyone I know is looking for a company to handle damage remediation and/or reconstruction, I will recommend this branch of Servpro ALL DAY LONG!

I reached out to ServePro because I needed a second opinion and an explanation of what was happening in my home and why there was a disconnect with the contractor I had used. Jim came shortly after I reached out. He was very professional and explained what was happening, suggested repairs that needed to be in place before work could commence (proper procedure), what steps were needed for the work, and the follow up needed to be sure my problems were solved.
