Elias also offered to check our smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, and even the dryer vent. While inspecting the vent, he noticed the airflow was low, which was surprising since it had just been cleaned recently. After a closer look, he found that a bird had gotten into the vent and passed away. Elias had all the right tools and parts to replace the vent extension with one that had a much higher fire safety rating than the old one. He also put in a new critter-proof cover on the outside vent to keep birds and animals out. The whole service took about three and a half hours, and the quality of the work was excellent. They made sure to leave everything clean and tidy. I’ll definitely be calling them again for future chimney and vent cleaning needs!
