Must hire! We worked with Chris and his team at GC Schneider Construction for our whole-house gut renovation, and couldn’t be more pleased with both the journey and the results. What we thought was a lemon of a 1960s house ended up being our dream home - truly, largely in part to Chris’s stellar guidance and skilled work. Firstly Chris delivered a great renovation on my kitchen addition. He has good communication with his subs and kept us informed of all work and schedule changes. All changes and upgrades were discussed and prices given before work began. He is easy to talk to and help with your vision of your project.

MECI Construction fixed my disaster of a privacy fence separating my property from an apartment complex parking lot. The tenants hit the old fence, causing it to break. In the winter, their snow removal contractor pushed all the snow against the fence, which ruined it. The finished product not only looks nice snd assures my privacy, it’s also keeping the skunks and other animals out.

We had our front steps and landing replaced. They started on time. worked professionally. We are very happy with the result. We will certainly consider using them again. Of course, we will need to get competing bids, but if price and quality are the same, they get the job.
