I can't begin to express how grateful I am to Total Comfort. Before calling them, I had four different companies come out—every single one immediately recommended replacing my entire system without asking many questions or even inspecting the outdoor unit.

Total Comfort was completely different. Their technician actually took the time to assess the situation, opened the side panel of the unit, and showed me a massive amount of debris inside. He cleaned it out, recharged the system, and had it running better than it has in years.

While there’s still a small leak and I plan to replace the unit next year, I’m comfortably shivering now—and that’s a huge improvement.

A special shoutout to the technician—absolutely top-notch. Professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely thoughtful in his approach. He asked the right questions and gave me a smart alternative to a full system replacement. Please don’t ever let him go—he’s a real asset to your team. I won’t forget this experience when it comes time to buy a new system.

A/C goes in middle of night in the middle of night . Yes, horrible. But was able to make appointment online in middle of night for next morning. Total Comfort's correspondence is excellent and assuring. Super Knowledgeable , professional, respectful and kind Tech , Jude , showed up on time! Diagnostic skills are imperative for any large investment to your home. He was honest, was able to fix issue and forecast the reality of the near future for replacement. I will only use Total Comfort and took out maintenance plan for extra assurance for unit to stay healthy as possible.
