Constraction reviews in Whiting, New Jersey

John and Sean did a great job on my bathroom renovation, it's an old house and everything was completely outdated. But what sets them apart from others is that John suggested I knock out the wall between my master bedroom and the bathroom so that we could have an en suite bathroom - it's something I never would have thought about or thought possible. He used part of my closet and was able to create the pass through and I LOVE IT!! Never knew how we existed without it before!!

The work that was completed was done with excellent craftsmanship and skill.
From installing the sliding doors to incorperating the new flooring into the flooring that was already in place, the work was done professionally.
The repair work to the walls and ceiling were flawless.
We have many projects to complete in the home we have moved onto in Whiting and I can't see anyone other than CONNIFF CONSTRUCTION COMPANY doing the work for us.
WE ARE TOTALLY SATISFIED. Thank You. M.Z.

Conniff Construction LLC did an outstanding job remodeling my bathroom. I can not thank them enough for making my dream bathroom become a reality. Sean is very professional and extremely knowledgeable in his craft.

We hired Conniff Construction to rebuild our front porch, backyard pergola, reset stone pavers in our backyard/driveway and a few other retrofit-type repairs. We are very detail oriented clients and stipulated that all of the building material had to be Azek. Sean had to do some research on some of the Azek products we wanted to use, and even had to find a creative workaround to use Azek in a backyard railing retrofit. Sean Conniff followed our requests and requirements to the 'T'.

Sean is EXTREMELY detail oriented, thorough and communicative. I cannot stress this enough. We have done many renovations & projects on multiple homes and working with Sean this time was like a breath of fresh air. We were not in town during the few weeks it took to complete our work so we requested daily text updates with pictures of progress. Sean did a timely and thorough job of keeping us in the loop and up-to-date. We spoke on the phone when needed and communicated by text and email when that would suffice. As a result he was always accessible within hours of us reaching out to him.

Nothing slipped through the cracks on this project. Virtually unheard of with building and renovation work. Sean also made suggestions to us re: issues or things he discovered as they ripped up our old porch, and confidently suggested how he could correct for us. And often did these small things at no extra cost! He has great integrity. He stands by his work, is fairly priced, and simply put, does not nickel and dime his clients. Again, a breath of fresh air.

We would highly recommend Conniff Construction for any new construction and renovation/retrofitting needs. We intend to hire Sean and his crew for any future projects.

Incredibly professional. On time each day and very respectful. They went above and beyond on both of my projects and I will recommend and reuse then every time. It's hard to find honest and hardworking people you can trust to work on your home, and these guys embody all of those principles. Highly recommended if you want clean fast work done in your house.

Top notch construction! Reliable and always done with precision. Always a call back. Sean never leaves you hanging. More importantly, he is proud of what he does, and it shows in his work. Highly recommend Conniff Construction without hesitation!

Sean Conniff is great to work with. I've been in the real estate business for many years and his professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction is a rare find in the industry. I'm looking forward to working with him and Conniff Construction for years to come.

I grew up with Sean and he always had integrity. So when I needed work done, and after seeing his work, he was obviously my first call. As expected, he did a great job for a very fair price. Also, as a real estate investor I know I can call him to get an honest opinion. And if it's something he can't do I know he will point me in the right direction. Highly recommend calling him first. 👍👍👍👍👍

I needed someone to come out to my house for a project ASAP and Conniff Construction came right out, explained exactly what needed to be done, gave me a fair price, and finished the project in a timely manner. Sean was completely professional and friendly. They are the best! I wouldn't call anyone else.

Conniff Construction built a new home for my parents in Whiting, NJ. I was skeptical about building from the ground up but Conniff Construction made the process simple, understandable and pleasant. They were efficient, punctual and cleaned up after themselves. I was very impressed with their knowledge and professionalism. I would recommend them to anyone in New Jersey looking for new home construction or remodeling.

Conniff construction is by far the most reliable and trustworthy contractor out there. Several times we’ve needed someone to come out right away to fix an issue in our home, and each time we called Conniff construction. They were there ASAP, did a professional and great job, and charged us fairly. Highly recommend!

Sean consistently went over and above for our family during a large renovation project. He is incredibly trustworthy, reliable and highly responsive. Throughout each step of the process he made sure to keep us informed of progress, made suggestions and always did the right thing. Thank you for all of your hard work!

I have done multiple remodeling projects with Conniff Construction. As a family owned business, Sean and his father are professional, creative, and they respect project timelines. Their work is of the highest quality and their attention to detail guarantees that every job we collaborate on will have an amazing outcome. I recommend them to clients and friends and enjoy working with them.

Sean was very professional and did an amazing job! He was very reliable and his communication was exceptional. Any time I had a question he answered it thoroughly. Completed 1500 square feet of flooring in only 3 days! Looks amazing and so thankful I used conniff construction!Highly recommend!

We hired Conniff Construction to address a few carpentry issues as well as install trim work (crown molding, shiplap and wainscoting) throughout our home. We also had them completely remodel our master bathroom.

Sean Conniff is a stickler for details, and it shows in his work. One never has to worry about him getting it right. He’s way ahead of you in that department but always patient and thorough in answering any and all of one’s questions.

He and his co-workers, John and Scott, work hard, are very pleasant and professional, and are unfazed by anything including my overly curious and energetic dog. They’re extremely neat – not only when cleaning up each night but throughout the entire process. They were prompt each morning and communicated any delay or hiccup in a timely fashion.

We’re extremely pleased with their work. Our new master bath is stunning. I would not hesitate to recommend Conniff Construction and intend on using them for future projects.

After sitting down with John and Sean and going over the estimate then to the signing of the contract we knew we made the right decision in hiring Conniff Construction The professional way they handled everything throughout the project was reassuring. John’s years of experience would show by his overseeing how the project was going, and making sure every little detail was right on. Sean who worked right alongside would also keep us up to date on what was going to happen next and what to expect. Their attention to detail was a pleasure to see. You made an unusable 3 season room into a room we can enjoy all year round, and for many years to come.
We look forward to working again with Conniff Construction Thank you both.

I highly recommend Conniff Construction. They installed vinyl flooring throughout my entire house flawlessly. They were fast, reliable, personable, well priced and experts in their field. What should have taken them a week took them just 3 days and was executed perfectly. I truly enjoyed working with them on my home improvement project and would recommend them to everyone.

We are about to embark on rather big project that would involve selling, buying, and everything in between.
I have had a very pleasant experience with Sean from Conniff Construction Co.
He came so well prepared to our first meeting, demonstrating a true professionalism and friendliness.
I was very impressed not only by Sean's presentation, that was a top-notch, but also by a high quality and tasteful work that Sean did with his Father for one of their clients, that he showed me.

After having our family room skylights removed by a roofer, we called Conniff Construction to create a custom ceiling feature replacing the skylight tunnels that remained in the low ceiling. Sean Conniff responded promptly and professionally to our call. He was able to create exactly what my husband and I envisioned, turning our ceiling tunnels into architectural features that perfectly fit our style. Sean was a pleasure to work with. He was respectful, polite, knowledgeable and did a great job.

We met Sean Conniff at a home show and were impressed by this young man. When we were ready to have our house sided and a new triple double-hung window installed, we already knew we wanted to go with Conniff Construction. Thank goodness we did. Sean was patient with us, not high-pressure like some contractors, which was good, because we were back-and-forth with material choices and the like; he was very responsive. Conniff's crew showed up on time each day, and the job was completed in less than three days. Our home has been beautifully transformed. What I most appreciated was that Conniff stuck with us, even afterwards, to apply some finishing touches, and Jimmy Hynes, who helped with this phase of the job, was great. Sean made us feel like we were his only customer, even though Conniff Construction had multiple jobs going at the same time. Not only would I, but I have already recommended Conniff to friends.

We used Conniff construction to redo our kitchen and a bathroom at the same time. First off let me say they were true professionals and the quality of work by Sean and the team was spectacular. Sean always picked up the phone and communication during the process was stellar. They showed up every day promptly at 8AM. They worked through the day with little or no breaks and at the end of the day they cleaned up everything. Sean partnered successfully with our designer. There were tweaks and changes along the way, and they didn’t blink an eye pivoting to get it done. At the end of the job, we had a small punch list that they plowed through without complaint, wanted us to be more than happy with the final product. To say we are ecstatic with the process and the end result is an understatement.
