we loved working with sean . always there when you needed him, never minded my crazy calls. we had him do a number of different project for us. bathroom remodel was the best. I love my bathroom.

We had our basement renovated by Coniff Construction. We were really pleased by their work. They were very responsive when we asked questions, etc...they completed all the work just the way we envisioned. I would definitely recommend them to any of my family members and friends. Brenda Modugno

Used Conniff Construction after my laundry room flooded. Unfortunately, my laundry is UPSTAIRS, so there was extensive damage. They replaced almost all the drywall downstairs, molding, trim etc. Looks like a brand new house! At the same time we decided to upgrade our bathroom. We were VERY pleased with everything. John was patient in explaining all the things we needed to pick out (grout, tile, hardware, etc etc - so much to know!!) John & Sean showed up exactly on time every day (I hate when a service person promises to be there at a certain time and then shows up late!) We are already making a list of additional work to be done, and will definitely call Conniff!

Hardworking , dedicated to doing everything correct and making your dreams become a reality

Conniff Construction CO is great at what they do. Received their name from a friend of mine. Sean was very detailed in the quote he gave me. Will def use them for future projects!

We had a glass mosaic backsplash done, and the fireplace done in the same tile. The end result was incredible. From start to finish, the job was flawless. From their customer service, to their level of craftsmanship, Conniff Construction aims to please, and they did.

Company did a major home renovation over a year ago. Came out great! Tile, cabinets, granite counter top, stained oak floors etc... etc.. Job was done in a timely fashion and very neatly. Only one small issue with the oak floors. They seemed to be less than prime with a lot of imperfections. The slight imperfections were repaired immediately.
Flash forward to now. Developed a small leak under sink. Called Sean and he came out to the house the same day. Turned out to be a loose dish washer supply line. Minor issue but I was worried about the cabinets. He was done in about 20 minutes and leak fixed.
I would not hesitate to use them again. Great job!!

I contracted with Conniff Construction in February 2015, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience.

As a result of a previous fraudulent contractor, I was left with a barely functioning bathroom in my home. Due to a mold issue, homeowners insurance granted us coverage for a bathroom repair. We didn't do our due diligence in selecting this original contractor (reading reviews, browsing the internet for credentials/past work, etc), and we suffered because of it. The previous contractor came in, ripped out all the walls and flooring, destroyed the plumbing, and ran off with the money - leaving us still with the mold problem and without a functioning bathroom.

Conniff Construction came to the rescue and repaired our bathroom beautifully, and in a timely manner. Both Sean and John were extremely professional to work with, and had only their clients best interests in mind. They put our bathroom back together, including a custom tile floor job, reinstallment of sheetrock, rerouting of problematic plumbing, installation of new tub and removal of old tub, and most of all - rid us of the mold issue. Conniff Construction worked with us patiently while we went back and forth on design decisions. They installed all of the bathroom furniture, including vanity, mirror, and lighting.

I felt extremely safe with having them work in my home alone, without supervision. They are safe and professional, and pose no risk from a safety or financial perspective. They are diligent and organized in their documentation, including their contract and estimates, and belong to multiple verified home owner's and builders associations in the state (as well as nationally). We felt very safe in their hands and we are confident we made the right decision in choosing them for our renovation. I would highly recommend them to anyone else looking for a renovation or new build in the future.

Conniff Construction is the BEST! Sean and his team are professional, kind and hardworking. I will definitely use Conniff Construction again. As well as recommend to my family and friends. Thanks again Sean! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
