Charged $150.00 for a 15 minute visit on a Monday afternoon, to be told the problem was outside with the electric company. I understand a visit charge, but $150.00 is ridiculous. Since I requested a technician asap because I had no heat or water,(part of my home had electric working and some did not, never thought it was an outside problem) Owner said it was an emergency call and that is what they charge. Seriously, it was a Monday afternoon! Very disappointed...

This company was contracted out by Niagara pools to install our electric for our inground pool. Two years later the box melted and we almost had a fire and could have electrocuted everyone!

I cannot say enough good things about Linda @ Central Electrical Co. She is an amazing worker who goes above and beyond to help her customers. She is empathetic to your concerns and responds immediately to any inquires you may have. The electricians do not put off jobs. They come out quickly.

I had multiple outlets and ceiling light that went bad in my kitchen. The Team was able to diagnose, explain, and fix these problems for me quickly. They were knowledgable and professional.

Central Electrical is wonderful. They initially worked on the electrical hook up for our pool. After that great experience, when needing an electrician to help figure out why our GFI outlet kept blowing the breaker when plugging in a new fridge, there was only one company to call. They came out the next morning and corrected the problem.
This will be the first electrician I will call going forward with any projects.

Central Electric has been my go to for recessed lighting, ceiling fan installation, service repairs and more! They were ALWAYS courteous and professional. Their rates are reasonable! I do not hesitate to recommend using them again and again!

I highly recommend these guys if you live in the Williamstown area then your in luck because they are local, they are very professional and go above and beyond to make you happy ,when Central Electric finished the job ,it was a big fat W on my chest and that W is for Win ,I got a win ,my home is secure my family is safe and I can't thank the crue, Tyler and his Dad enough! This electrician was contracted by Niagara pools, similar to a previous reviewer, to do the electrical work on my pool. While the work was completely satisfactory, the customer service is what has lead to this 1 star review. The owners of this company harassed myself and my husband repeatedly for money that the pool company owed them for additional charges (that were incorrectly billed), that they admitted were ultimately their profit for the job, instead of contacting Niagara directly. They threatened to sue us, come by our house for payment, etc. It was only until we begged Niagara to handle this situation that the personal contact stopped. The incorrect billing was one thing, the verbal harassment was abusive and wildly inappropriate.

I own my own small business, and I would never dream of handling my business or my customers, specifically ones that were not directly mine for a job that I was subcontracted for, in this manner. I would not recommend this company for work purely based on how they interact with their customers, it's just not worth it.

We had our kitchen redone and had to have lights installed. Worked with Linda to schedule and Tyler to do the work. This was the best experience ever and the price was reasonable. We will use them again with no hesitation!

In today's world of extremely poor or non-existent customer service, Central Electrical Company truly shines. From my initial phone call, Linda was responsive, proactive and compassionate. The speed with which she got the ball rolling on our project was mind-blowing. Our electrician, Tyler was equally impressive. He came to our house, did his job and even circled back to explain something to me that I didn't initially understand. Every business out there needs to take a page from Central Electrical Company's book!
