Frank Paulson provided tree removal. The crew were courteous, professional and work was done in a timely manor. I would highly recommend Paulson tree service.

They personally came by the house to apologize and honor the service that was discussed when we set up for the cutting and removal of the tree. They also promised to remove the cut up tree in the next few days. The job was to cut and remove a tree and was done professionally.

Paulson Tree Service came out a couple of days ago to cut and/or prune some of our trees and shrubs. They worked hard and did a great job!!! Would definitely use again, and we definitely recommend this company!

Called the company earlier this week and got an estimate on some work. Called back to schedule a day to have some work and they came out when they said. They came in did the work left the yard cleaned. Have no complaints would recommend and when I need my other tree taken down I'll be sure to call again.

Frank came out the end of July to give us an estimate to remove 2 small Ash trees that were dying. We agreed to his price. He called my husband to say he would be out on Friday or Monday depending on the weather. Tuesday came & I still had 2 dying trees. I called, left a message and am still waiting for a return phone call. I would never recommend this company.

I highly recommend Paulson Tree service to cut down any trees you would need removed. I had 2 trees I needed taken down and Paulsons arrived in a timely manner to give me an estimate then was able to remove my trees. All of the employees that helped with the trees were very respectful of my property and respectful in general. I would definitely be give them call for my next tree trimming. Frank and his crew did a great job removing and trimming trees in our very wooded yard. His crew came in like a hurricane or an army, so fast and got the job done quickly and efficiently and Frank was there to make sure everything went according to plan. He’s a really nice guy too, and the crew were kind and hard working. The cost was great compared to what other estimates we received. We like that he’s a local Gloucester county company and is true to his word. We highly recommend him.

The owner, Frank, came out to give me an estimate on some tree removal and was friendly and professional. He listened to what I wanted and was very helpful explaining what should be done. His crew was great and everything turned out exactly the way I expected. I’ll be using him again in the fall. Highly recommend him for all your tree service needs.

Never ordered their service once. Yet, my family and I found branches and tree dust all over the yard and shed. It's the last thing anyone wants to see when they get home from a hard day of work, right? If your neighbor is getting work done by this company be aware they may not clean up after themselves if their debris goes across the property line.

I simply CANNOT say enough good things about the service I was given. My house was hit hard by the tornado a few days ago and they have already cleaned up the mess. The work was staggering but their crew worked hard - and I mean hard - to make sure I was taken care of. They took pride in their work and it shows. I would absolutely recommend them, and if I didn't lose all my trees to the storm I'm sure I would be using them again!

Edited 7/28/23: after moving we used Aikens again for some tree trimming services and once again the service was outstanding. The crew delivered on everything they promised and did it at a great price. Before hand, Eric came out to assess the work and gave us several options and his recommendations with no pressure to make a sale. We were very pleased, another 5-star experience!

From start to finish Erick was great to work with. Came out for estimate and was easy to talk to, listened to our needs, gave advice, and came in with a fair price. The days of tree cutting the crew was prompt and professional. Erick and Carmen were there to supervise and listened to our various specific requests. We had many trees removed and trimmed. I was paying a per day rate. When the work took longer than expected, I felt that Erick was fair in the pricing for the extra day. There was a separated day for stump grinding which also went well. Overall I was very satisfied with the company and the outcome.

We needed a tree next to our driveway removed due to upheaval by its roots. The tree was gone in <10 minutes. Clean-up was fast and thorough. Aiken’s team was professional and friendly. Very satisfied with all aspects of our interaction.

Excellent work. On time, professional and personable. Fair price. Did not tear up lawn as another tree service did. Careful not to damage property. Raked ground to remove tread tracks. Replaced brick border that moved. Carmen and crew were the best. Will use them every time.
