This company is dishonest. We called them for service last night because our heater was blowing only cold air. This company charged $129 for an emergency visit. I was told that the problem was my mother board and that it would be too costly to replace and we should replace the unit. I had a second opinion from another company who told me that was bogus. If it were the mother board, my heater wouldn’t come on at all. Come to find out, it was just a reset button that needed to be pushed to make the heater start working again. This is a dishonest company and I’m thankful I got a second opinion before wasting my money with this company. Shame on you!

Well Ryan restored my faith in your company. I had a bad experience at my brother's house. Ryan explained all my choices explained you need a new unit but hopefully this will get you through the fall. I liked that I had options even if they were not guaranteed. It gives me time to budget for replacement. He was super friendly and nice.
