called in the morning to see if someone could come out, they told me they’ll call me back to let me know what time or when they could come out. i wait until 8:30, still no one calls. so i call myself and get told no one is coming out, when originally i had told the first person that i had work today and if someone was coming out itd have to be home for it. just bad communication all around, and to tell me they have no one to come out bc they only have one guy. get your staff up your broke boy. also to say this company wastes your time. lies just to make a quick buck. they are scammers do not give your business to them.

It has been and continues to be a wonderful experience of knowing my oil is in the tank and my invoice is under the mat upon request!

Extremely dissatisfied in the way your older employee handles business. He speaks to his long term, perfect paying clients like a rude jerk because they are slower than usual and he isn't making the income from our business that he was. We then requested tank removal because of this issue, and when employees arrived, they had a trailer in very poor condition and no way to load tank. Had to have our employees do their work.
Consider this review when using this company for commercial accounts. You're only as good as how much money they are making from you.

Oil line froze up and they came out and fixed it quickly and got us backup and running! Great company, they care about their customers.

My experience with John Pflugfelder has always been excellent. They're trustworthy and honest. I would recommend their services to anyone.

I’d give 0 stars if I could. Was told I had a bad flame sensor and needed to be replaced 7oil came back in December to replace it as they to order it. Started having issues again and called another company and was told my flame sensor was bad. They said it looks old and worn and looks like i was never replaced. I paid for a new sensor and appears it was just cleaned.

Our company has worked with John Pflugfelder for many years. I was a little concerned when I heard he sold to 7 Oil Plus - HVAC, Oil & Fuel. My fears have disappeared. I have been completely satisfied with the excellent service I have received. Every one that I have worked with at 7 Oil has been friendly and knowledgeably as far as we are concerned we wouldn't even consider going to anyone else for fuel.

7 Oil has the friendliest staff! They were attentive, informative and made sure I understood all the new processes from the switch over from Pflugfelder. Their customer service is fabulous and the price was better than I’ve paid in years. You’ve got my business!
