They not only did an excellent job on our siding, window and giving our front porch, a facelift They executed the job with professionalism. Phil and his crew worked through some ungodly weather that he had and completed the job earlier than I expected comp completion date. They were highly recommend Carvalho Construction and would use them again in the future if needed.

I purchased a well worn cape on LBI in 2017. I had been a home improvement contractor in NY for many years. Acting as GC on raising and adding to the house I was at a disadvantage not knowing the best contractors to use. As it happens I met a worker from one of the top builders on LBI and he gave me Carvalho Construction Company's contact.
In 2018 Phil Carvalho was hired to frame and sheath the house as well as install the windows and doors as his pricing and workmanship was very good. Building a complex frame using a preexisting structure invariably has unforeseen issues. Phil Carvalho was always responsive and available to help with necessary changes and not take advantage with inflated additional charges which many contractors do.
As Carvalho Construction Company's original contract was finishing I gave Phil a chance to bid on roofing and siding as well. Once again Carvalho Construction was priced right and did an excellent job. With the savings on the exterior budget I was able to use higher end finishes for the interior.
I strongly recommend Phil Carvalho for any aspect of building from framing through a "turn key" job.

Highly recommend this company. Used them to power wash our driveway, back patio, and clean the eves of our house. They did a terrific job at a great price. Best part about deal with CCC is the communication. Anyone who has dealt with contractors knows they are notoriously poor at setting expectations and communicating. Our job got delayed because of the weather but they checked in with us multiple times AND checked back in afterwards to make sure we were happy with how things went. You better believe that if we need anything that is in their swim lane in the future, they will be getting a call.

The replacement of the wood with composite decking for the dock was done with excellent craftsmanship and attention to detail. The final result not only looks beautiful but also feels much more durable and low-maintenance—exactly what I was hoping for.

The new paver patio is equally impressive. The layout is clean, level, and visually appealing, seamlessly integrating with the surrounding landscape. The addition of the side steps was a fantastic touch that really enhanced both the look and functionality of the space.
