I receive a Technician named Alexander Morales to fix my heater and thermostat which suddenly stop working. It turns out a switch related to a panel that was not properly set. Besides the professional knowledge he has, he shows respect and patience in explaining and handling everything. Above of all is the honesty that shines his personality. I don't have to pay anything.

Joeseph Zarrilli contact me to verify his arrival time as he was enroute to my home. He was very respectful, and a pleasant conversation evolved as we spoke about his required duties for job completion. He was very thorough and efficient while performing his tasks, and my dog became comfortable while he worked. He made some recommendations for updates to my system and also reminded me that I have other services available on my plan that haven't been used yet.
Joeseph was able to answer all questions I presented to him, and spoke with confidence as we discussed equipment, and maintained a good professional manner.

I had the pleasure of meeting Brian Gahm, electrician . He came out to do my annual electrical inspection and he was very honest and professional. He explained everything to me thoroughly and everything was cleared .

Shag was outstanding fixing and replacing our kitchen faucet. Fixed replaced a pipe on our water heater and replaced a much needed gasket in our downstairs bathroom! All was fabulous!

Our plumber Kurtis was very professional and very personable. He arrived late in the day but stayed with the problem into the evening to ensure it was done right. He is a good guy to have on the team.
I do not like the automated dispatch system... it tried to call me and text me while I was in a doctors office and also while driving. It gave me 5 minutes to respond before reassigning Kurtis. I did finally speak with a human who told me that he would have us marked as the next appt at which time we promptly left where we were to come home only to wait another for hours for him to show up. We've been with Fante's for a long time and since Jeff sold the business I'd have to say the company has lost the personal touch.

Abner was courteous and very friendly. He performed the work as specified and kept e informed of his progress throughout the repair. Stayed and made sure system was leak free. He’s a good man and technician.

I needed a repair of my Hvac system on a cold February night. Called Fantes and they send a technician by the name of Mason. He was knowledgeable, honest and personable. Mason made sure my system was working properly before he left. Very appreciative!!!

Fantes had an appointment. Mark was great for the customer. He was good trying to help us The problem was did not have part couldn’t fix the heater until the next couple of days still would be left with no heat . I think he your a heater place you should always have parts not just come and charge

Great service!! The technician, Canada, appears to be knowledgeable and experienced to identify the issues in the furnace controls. He demonstrated to me the issue encountered, provided options and associated costs in attempts to fix it, patiently answered my questions and explained potential consequences if not being repaired so that i could make informed decisions. Truly appreciated his efforts and professionalism!

Today, 11/8/2024, Canada came back with a follow-up repair to replace the induce motor as he diagnosed and recommended. It worked perfectly. He did several tests in different operational conditions, just to make sure that the system is working as it is supposed to. We are so glad that we made the right decision, of course following Canada’s recommendation! Greatly service and commitment! Canada has our heartfelt gratitude and appreciation!

Five stars for Fantes! Canada was an absolute professional who did a phenomenal job troubleshooting my system. You can tell he truly cares about his work—he was incredibly patient and took the time to teach me about my system and the newest technology available. Our 20 yr old system died, and these guys were amazing. Severiano came out the next day, explained everything, and scheduled installation within the week. Ray and Dusty installed our AC, heater, and water heater the same day—our house went from 55° with us bundled up in blankets with the dog in front of a portable heater to now sitting happily at a cozy 72°! They were professional, respectful, and answered all our questions without judgment. Price was fair, but their kindness and respect made them stand out. Highly recommend!

Excellent Service, Tech arrive a little early, ask if I would mind an early start. He Completed the maintenance went over all the photos he took. He explained new items that are now included in the plan. Thanked me for business and went on his way.
