Temp Control is hands down the best service provider I've had the pleasure of working with over the past decade across two homes. Their reliability and responsiveness are unparalleled, and their work consistently exceeds expectations. I'll never forget the time they came to my rescue when my AC's motor failed during a sweltering summer – they had me up and running in no time.
I recently used them again at my current residence for a boiler and tank water heater replacement with a Navien gas combi. Owner Shai and field manager Mike were both extremely knowledgeable and walked me through every step of the process, answering all my questions. The price was very reasonable considering the complexity of the job. Mike, Javi, and Oscar – the techs who did the actual work – were fantastic, putting in over 10 hours to complete the job on time.
Shai followed up promptly the next morning to ensure everything was working properly and that I was satisfied. They also handled all the paperwork for the permit, which was a huge relief. Shai even alerted me to significant rebates I could take advantage of with my new HVAC system. The only thing I can say is that I'm looking forward to continuing to work with Temp Control for another 10 years and beyond.
