Charge by the hour so they can take the longest time to fix the simplest problems.

Terrible customer service. We’ve been without AC since middle of June and they’ve come out at least six times. They keep telling our landlord the problem is fixed when it won’t go below 76 degrees. The last time someone came out they said they rewired the unit wrong TWICE which i’m not sure how that’s possible knowing that’s there job. They also take over a week - two weeks to come out to even look at it. I would NOT recommend.

They respond promptly and their service is good but gosh they are extremely expensive. I cannot believe I paid $6K to replace an HVAC unit only for it to have an issue a few months down the line. The parts are luckily covered by warranty (for a year) but they still charge for labor which is like $170/hour. So, when the technician came to check the problem, we were billed $295 for his time. He is supposed to come back in a few days/weeks time to actually fix the issue, and I anticipate our bill will be close to $380. So basically we are paying almost $700 for an issue we did not create and what should not have happened after paying $6K for a new unit. I absolutely regret getting my old HVAC unit fixed, the new unit was not checked/installed properly as it should have and I anticipate more and more fixes and labor charges in the future.
