Edgar was able to take care of the immediate drainage issues as well as provide vital information for necessary next steps that I would need to be taking in order to resolve long-term problems my property is facing.

The Roto-Rooter technician was friendly and courteous. He answered all of my questions and was very easy to talk to. He guided me through the process and let me know exactly what he was going to do. He got the hot water heater back up and running in very little time and it works great. I'm totally satisfied with Roto-Rooter and their technicians! I highly recommend them!

Tech 562 - Edgar was awesome! Explained everything he was doing and asked for approval before proceeding. He also gave some good tips on how to monitor and avoid the issue in the future. What was thought to be a quick under an hour fix turned out to be much more than we expected once he got in there and found the problem. I would say he went above and beyond without question.

He was very kind and explained to me another unrelated issue that I could very well fix on my own without trying to persuade me to pay to have him do it. Very sweet guy. I would definitely recommend him and plan on using him if I ever have any issues in the future.
