Ken and his team were amazing from start to finish. We had a major sewer line issue and they handled everything quickly and professionally. They diagnosed the problem, explained everything clearly, and got the system fully repaired so we could use our bathrooms and showers again without any issues.

They also went above and beyond by removing our old broken concrete patio and improving the backyard, leaving everything in much better shape than before.

I was under tight timelines to get my septic replaced in time for my closing. With a snowstorm, Christmas and New Year there were a lot of obstacles in the way but Ken did everything he could to make it happen. I would recommend him for any excavation needs.

Backyard turned out better than we ever imagined!
We originally called Ken just to fix some drainage issues in the backyard. Nothing major—just wanted to stop the flooding every time it rained. But once we got talking, the ideas started flowing. Then we decided to take down two old trees, which opened everything up and totally changed the vibe. That’s when we figured, why not go all in and do some landscaping too?

Our plans changed more than a few times along the way, but Ken was super patient and always had great input. He made it all come together like it was the plan from the start. Now the drainage works perfectly, and the landscaping is seriously next-level. The whole space looks like a picture-perfect painting—like something out of a magazine.
