I’ve been a customer with Perennial Lawn for a very long time. My lawn always gets better every year!! I get a lot of compliments when I have company over. Steven Reyes usually does my lawn and is very knowledgeable and very professional.

Prior to fertilizing my lawn, Dakota rings the door bell to make sure the dog is not in the back yard. He is conscientious about my dog making sure all gates are closed once he is finished. He is also professional and knowledgeable about the products he is applying on the lawn. He is a great asset to the Perennial team. Great Job!

Called today about a mold concern on our trees. Was treated as if we were bothering them. When I asked to speak to someone else, they told me they were too busy and I could not speak to anyone else. Such a shame as my family has been using Perennial for years. Only gave a second star because the service crews do a great job.

Had Perennial tech here yesterday to spray my property for ticks and fleas. He was wonderful and did an outstanding job! I highly recommend this company as they do the work you would expect.

Poor results. My lawn is looking better after Perennial Lawn Care was canceled and I save a ton. Also, I don't have to worry about waiting 48hrs. to walk on my grass after relatively unsafe chemicals are sprayed on my lawn. It can really ruin your weekend. That little green flag Perennial puts on your lawn after a treatment indicates it's not safe to walk on, especially for kids and dogs.

The technician applied too much fertilizer, result 40% of my grass is yellow....how will you fix this

If there is as a way to give more than 5 star review then I would definitely do so. They were outstanding in every respect. Mark has been the one who has done all of the treatments for a number of years now. He is always willing to answer any questions that I have and he has often made good suggestions. I could not be more pleased than I am with the results. I highly recommend this service

Service is very good! Steven listened to my concerns and expressed a strong desire to help provide excellent service to our property. Taylor and her office staff are always helpful! Coming back to address concerns if they arise is never a problem. Overall happy with the program.

Santiago was so friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He even knew how to handle our VERY old sprinkler system, and was able to easily repair broken sprinkler heads.

He designed the entire landscaping for our renovated house including a “flat curb” around the entire edge of the property, custom fan design of Belgium Block at the driveway entrance as well and paver walkways. He designed and installed a beautiful paver patio surrounding our pool and installed a fountain to top it off! The two stone walls he built have people stopping to take photos. After initial suggestions and planning, which included choosing deer resistant plants and significant changes to landscaping, the owner was very hands on and staff was hard working. A few plant changes needed to be made (and additional work was added for better drainage), but all details were discussed with us in length before moving on. During a summer storm, the owner stopped by to check on effect that the heavy rains might have on drainage and double checking sprinklers. All in all, we were very appreciative of the time taken to do what was best for our property and for their professionalism throughout the process.

We've been with Grandscapes for the last 15 years. As a good business practice, we have gotten other estimates from other reputable businesses but always end up with Grandscapes. They are simply the best at what they do. Please consider them as your lawn service company.
