Mike arrived on time to prepare an estimate and the office scheduled an appointment within minutes of giving him the go ahead. Mike and his team arrived ON TIME, reviewed the tree trimming that needed to be done and ensured the work was done to my satisfaction. All work was completed and the yard was cleaned up meticulously. From the moment I called to set up an appointment, the experience was outstanding. Amy was fantastic—she answered all of my questions thoroughly and made the scheduling process easy.

Next, Mike was amazing. He carefully went over every tree on the property, inspecting each one to ensure everything was safe for our family and children. His knowledge and attention to detail really stood out.

The final step was the crew, who were extremely knowledgeable, respectful, and professional. The work was neat, the execution was a 10 ! , and the cleanup was absolutely perfect.

All, having spoken to Susan we were able to come to a resolution that we both agree was fair and equitable. Having said that I want to call out Susan and the saveatree franshise for the professionalism they handled our interactions with and the tone of the dialogue. I would not hesitate to reach out to them in the spring time if and when I might need follow up services.
