Louis came out and gave an estimate to replace an old gravel roof with TPO. He also said that they could remove two large solar panels as we no longer use the solar. The workers that came out were courteous and the foreman explained what they would do. They cleaned up all of the mess. Louis came the next day to inspect the work and found a few things wrong, but explained that it would be fixed. The foreman showed up within 10 minutes and completed the repairs. Overall my experience with them was good and I will definitely call them for an estimate on replacing the shingle roof of the house.

We are very happy with the roof Queston installed. The materials they used are of high quality and being white the house is much cooler than it was with the old tar and gravel roof. The installation was quick and they thoroughly cleaned up our house when they were done. I will recommend Queston to anybody asking about a new roof.

Excellent work replacing our roof by Queston Roofing and Construction. From the first time they came out to inspect our roof and went over everything we wanted to know in great detail, to the last day of work, followed by a final inspection by the owner of Queston, there was not one glitch. The workers came on time, were professional and yet friendly and pleasant, and did excellent work from morning until they finished for the day in the late afternoon. They, and the owner who was here at different times throughout the process, were always open to any questions I had, and could answer them with clarity and preciseness. If we ever need roofing at any other property down the road, Queston would definitely be my number one choice. I have recommended them to others already, and will continue to do so if asked about a roofer in the area. In 2010 we were installing a solar-electric system on our flat roofed house. The solar company suggested we might be better off to replace the roof so it wouldn't need to be replaced after the panels were installed and they could anchored to the roof trusses and then the panels could be set at a more efficient angle.
We chose Queston after shopping around based on price and recommendations that we received.
The former roof was a tar and gravel roof and it was replaced by Queston with a membrane roof. We decided to have Queston install 2 inch foam insulation under the membrane. This has really improved the livability of the house and it stays warmer in the winter and cooler in the summer with a reduction throughout the year in our energy use. The white membrane reflects much of the summer sunshine and stays much cooler than the tar and gravel.
The workmen installed the roof quickly and kept a clean worksite. They helped me install 2 small bubble domed skylights and coordinated with the solar installers so they could securely install the base supports of the solar panel racks before the roof was installed.
After the roof was installed, a separate quality inspector examined every inch of every seam. He found several spots he thought could be done better and marked these. The workmen returned and repaired the spots he indicated.
The roof has been in place for almost 8 years and we have not had any problems or leaks with it. It still looks great.
We have been very pleased with the roofing job from Queston. It has improved the house in several ways.

We are disappointed in their response to our calls on when they need to repair the roof. We have a TPO 15 year roof installed by Queston for the previous owner of this house. Queston inspected the roof previous to our purchase of the home.The roof passed Queston's inspection for closing. They also did some repairs around the parapets prior to our closing.(no warranty on that procedure) There was still 4 years left on the roof warranty. The roof began to leak about 2 months or so after we closed on the home. It has leaked quite a few times. They sent one man out with a chalking gun a few times. It takes them a few days to a week to send the man with the chalking gun out. The damage on the inside is not covered under their warranty. They have gotten tired of me calling them. We have not had a flat roof before and we were not aware of the maintenance required. Finally we just gave up on Queston Construction. We have paid another roofing company to re-weld seams and to maintenance the metal spouts that the water drains out of on the sides of the roof. The other roofing company is much better than Queston and they informed us about things that need to be serviced etc. The next time we do need roof repair or a new roof I will call this other company. Dealing with Queston Construction has been stressful and a waste of time. Their warranty is not worth anything at all.

We hired Queston to replace a roof that we had installed by another roofer in 2015. Because we had such poor service and response from the previous roofer, we have been very cautious about providing a review for Queston until we are comfortable that the new roof that Queston put on is leak free. We are happy to say that after 2 good rains our roof IS leak free. Co-owner, Russ Steward, was very helpful and played in our decision to go with Queston. We were pleased with the professionalism of the work crew - they were punctual, deliberate and thorough in their work. Louis answered our questions when we had them. They started and completed within the time frame they proposed. We are hopeful that this will be the last roof we need to buy!

First off the roof looks great. And me n my grandma are so grateful for everything. The crew got it done in 3 days. Cleaned up everyday and left everything so clean and went above and beyond. They definitely were amazing. My grandma Mickie said that they were very nice and respectful. She felt very safe while they were around. And that alone I can't even explain how thankful I am.

Working with insurance can be daunting and overwhelming, but they handled everything from start to finish. The quality of work is exceptional! I am proud to have them as local contractors!

TBC is great. They coordinated everything, kept me up-to-date, and minimized overall disruptions. Jesse is always quick to respond, regardless of time of day. Jesse even came back to redo a part of the new roof when the HVAC team (not TBC) messed up. I highly recommend.

Our roof leaked going into winter. Sean was able To stabilize the leak until spring when they could come and complete the job. I stayed in touch by phone as I don’t live in Los Alamos. Sean called to let me know the weather was cooperating and they could complete the job. They worked quickly and efficiently and did a great job on the roof! I highly recommend them!!

What a great crew! I live in a condo, I was dealing with roof leaks for about 2 years! The HOA was doing a sad job of just patching up things because when it rained it would always leak... Jesse and his crew came in remodled the whole roof!
