SeveraI homes in & around my neighborhood had roofs repaired. Failing miserably in initiating a claim, I contacted Orlando Montañez @ Custom Construction. He responded immediately, came by the next day, explained the process, assured me he'd help facilitate communication with insurance and inspected/documented the condition of my roof. When I was ready to file a claim, he was there to provide technical information and was also present when the inspector was sent to assess damage. True to his word, Orlando was there from start to finish. Thx to his expertise, patience, diligence, and assistance, my home has a beautiful new roof!

Robert was great with communication and follow ups. The team he sent to my home was supervised by Robert Sr. Who made sure the entire process ran smoothly. Franklin and the Custom Construction Solutions team did an amazing job replacing our roof! They were quick to provide us with a competitive quote, did the install of a new TPO roof with lots of skylights, drains and canales on schedule, and left everything clean and tidy. Plus, the communications throughout the project were excellent. Lastly, even though a supplier caused minor damage to one of the parapets, Custom Construction Solutions fixed the issue in no time!

I couldn’t be happier with my new roof! Ryland Benally worked with my insurance company, and finally got it covered. I had filed two claims prior to this one, which were denied. I would have given up, but he didn’t! He works hard for his customers, and so does his crew! They were all courteous, respectful of me, and my home, and got the job done beautifully, in one day! I can’t imagine there is a better bunch of people to work with in all of New Mexico!

Awesome service, NnM customs communicated through out the process. Ins tried getting out cheap but NM customs took care of everything and my hole roof was replaced. Excellent work with good product made the what could be a taxing experience go easy. Thank you NM Customs

Customer service was great until it wasn't. Got my roof done on a Friday, noticed Saturday that my A/C was not working. Waited patiently until Monday to call. Customer service still very pleasant and sent the contractors out on a Tuesday. When contractors were unable to fix under "warrenty" is when Customer service went bad. It became a battle of who was at fault. My theory, it was working...absolutely NO issue before it was detached then bam...unfixable according to A/C contractors. Then finger pointing started and it was allegedly my fault because I had an old unit and didn't go on my roof twice a year to maintain....ummmm....again, working just fine before, not working after. Ultimately, the company did make it right and after 3 attempts the contractors finally fixed my a/c. What prompted this 1 star review is the lack of compassion and human empathy Katie had during this ordeal. Having this stress and heat in July with 2 young children she was more focused on proving that the company was not liable than showing any compassion. Its sad to say that I don't even look at my roof with any sort of appreciation, I just look at it and remember all the stress I was put through for that long month of july with no a/c.

From scheduling the replacement of my roof to completion, this company hit all the high marks. On the day scheduled for work to begin the crew showed up bright and early before 8am. The crew made sure that all debris was cleaned up each day after work was performed. I am very impressed with the final product of my new TPO roof. Great communication and overall workmanship. This company shows integrity.
