We had a date set for our full re-roofing project. Not only were they a reasonably priced job but they called to see if they could start a few weeks early. There was a great weather window. If we had started as originally projected we would have been under water! They kept the property clean at the end of day. They policed the driveway for nails. Beautiful job...highly recommended! I got 4 quotes before choosing SoDo Construction. Sarah was extremely professional and she covered every detail in her estimate. She even worked with me and my insurance company so there was no out of pocket cost to me. SoDo uses the upgraded shingles as part of their standard, something the other guys wanted to charge over a thousand dollars to do. As for the laborers, the whole job was done in just a little over a day. I would definitely recommend this company!

After having multiple roofing companies come to my house to do estimates I decided to hire Sodo Construction to do the job. Sarah provided exceptional communication and responded very quickly to anything I needed to talk to her about concerning the project. She was also very helpful in dealing with the insurance company and knowledgeable about roofing. The crew was there on time and did an excellent job. They took the time to listen to what I had to say and were very professional. It was a good experience that went well and left me very happy. I plan on hiring them again and recommend them highly. I give 5 stars to this company for a job well done.

Hired Sodo construction for an entire interior home renovation. I was living out of state at the time but communicating was very effective and the company representative was responsive to my inquiries and provided good updates. They provided me with different options for questionable areas of the house. In general, the company met my initial expectations and exceeded them at times. The issue I had was as we approached the final phase of the project, they appeared to lose interest in addressing my concerns and showed zero interest in continuing towards the final phase of completion. They basically appeared to have become project fatigued and once I paid in full ($33k) they stopped responding to me and never fixed some issues identified. I ended up hiring another company to fix the small issues they left uncorrected, and the new company completed the final phase of the renovation. Maybe Sodo should avoid doing home renovations and stick to roofing. I would not do business with this company again.
