I’m extremely disappointed with 4BM Construction. Roberto built a fence at my house, and while it initially looked great, I later found out from the city that no permit had ever been pulled for the work. When I personally called him about it, he was very rude and unprofessional.
On top of that, someone from 4BM also did my flooring, and now the floors are lifting. Once again, there has been no accountability or effort to fix the issue.
I paid around $11,000 total, and after that, I never heard from him again. Overall, a very frustrating experience with poor communication and lack of responsibility. -
