David did an excellent job. He understood what I wanted very quickly and gave me exactly what I asked for. I will definitely be calling Ace Handyman again.

Zack B. went above and beyond. I hired him/Ace to seal my wood-frame "catio" with nontoxic sealant. He not only did a beautiful, thorough job of this, but also cleaned my embarrassingly dusty porch, installed a new screen door closer and even repaired my broken screen, unasked. The price point was quite a bit higher than I had anticipated, but Zack did an excellent job and I am happy with the results so far.

Really terrific experience from start to finish! We had some grab bars installed in the shower. When we scheduled the appointment we were give a time (a time! not a window! can you even believe it?) and he showed up 15 min before the scheduled time! Zach did a great job, and was so pleasant and professional. Will happily contact him for future projects.

David provided a thorough walk through with us. He used his tablet to record each task we pointed out.

Upon approval of the bid, baring any unforseen obstacles, work was scheduled to begin at 8 on the day offered. David arrived at the appointed time and did a masterful job.

We had a follow-up visit to tweak a situation which was covered under warranty. You could not ask for more.

We are extremely pleased with the quality of David's and his problem solving ability. If you are considering a handyman for those uncompleted tasks or help with frustrating repair situations we recommend you let Ace and David help you. It is certainly worth every penny.

Zack is an exceptional handyman. His attention to detail is beyond words. I would recommend is handyman services to anyone.

Ace was one of the first choices on Google for handyman work. They had good reviews, so I took a chance. I needed weatherproofing for two windows, and Ace estimated around 3 hours of labor @$ 135 per hour and a service call @$ 75. I figured it would be around $600. I could have done it with a one-person handyman operator for half, but I was in a pinch and went for it. The day came, and two workers showed up and did the job in about 3.5 hours. A few days later, I got an invoice for $1247.14. I figured it was way over the estimated price. Ace told me they had to send two technicians because the windows were on the 2nd floor, and each tech had to be paid separately. ( this was not mentioned to me at all in the beginning when I called to inquire.) they were not willing to do anything since the job is done. I paid for the invoice. But will definitely not use Ace in the future.

I reached out to Ace Hardware’s handyman service for a simple exterior door replacement with a standard prehung door. I was shocked when they quoted me $2,700 for the job—an outrageous price for what should be a straightforward project. From prior experience, this typically is a $400–$600 job. It almost feels like they’re trying to take advantage of people who don’t know better. Definitely not the value or service I expected from Ace.

Zack is professional, helpful, and communicative. The entire Ace team has been responsive.

Update: Just worked with ACE again - this time on a sink and garbage disposal installation. Cory was professional and clearly knew what he was doing. We are happy. As always, the ACE team including Kaylee and Zack were great.

My first time using Ace and they earned a customer for life. I like to ask questions. They answered them all. Their prices are reasonable! They give you a quote but only charge what time it actually takes. Delfin was my craftsman. He was very honest and got the job done right. I’m sure all their craftsman are the same. I would ask for Delfin! You won’t regret it.

I had a large job to paint several rooms, install LVP flooring and floorboard. Daniel came out to estimate the job - indicating it would take 2 men 5 days. And that is exactly what it took! Daniel and Ernesto were great to work with, did quality work, and left the place clean. First time using Ace Handyman but certainly won't be the last.
