Gary and his highly professional and productive crew performed a stellar landscaping transformation on our entire property. From our initial meeting, Gary showed a high level of professionalism and patience in our design journey. He provided detailed architectural renderings and drawings that captured our design ideas. Gary was able to pull in the start date and stayed on track throughout the scope of work. The end result was a world class quality landscape job that included an entire redesigned driveway, front and back yard transformation! His crew was very polite, friendly and clean. They never uttered a foul word. They swept and cleaned after each day. They even went above and beyond and helped us with some heavy debris disposal. I would highly recommend Milligan Scapes to anyone that wants a beautiful landscaping job. Very satisfied.

If you are looking for quality landscaping that’s done right the first time, hire Milligan Scapes. I considered two other companies for this project. My experience with this company was excellent from start to finish. The work was done on time as promised at the agreed upon rate. Mr. Milligan was on time for every meeting scheduled. I was presented with a couple of options at first. They were both very good. I had come up with a couple of different ideas based on what they had presented. They made the modifications quickly to my request. Based on the professionalism and timely manner in making my modifications, I decided to hire them. The crew that came to my home every day was top notch. Professional, Informative, and Respectful at all times. It was a fun experience watching the transformation taking place. If the need arises, I will hire Milligan Scapes again, and highly recommend them to anyone!

I recently moved in to a new home. I wanted to turn the back yard into something special. A friend had recommended this company, and I'm so glad that he did. They did a wonderful job making my backyard look awesome. They were very responsive with any questions or concerns that I had. They do an amazing, professional job. Everyone I came into contact with was courteous and professional and took great care of me. I highly recommend Milligan Scapes!

This time we were charged 841.00 to trim 4 roses bushes ,clean the yard, trim small evergreen and aerate the yard. Size of yard is 16X14 also power rake it. Milligans does good work but the cost was very unreasonable for a couple of seniors and a disabled veteran. Will not use them again.

They were always on schedule and each and every person I visited with were very friendly. Very organized. I would recommend this company any day to anyone. Carlos and his great co-workers did an outstanding job spring cleaning my front, back and side yards. It has never looked better! All of the leaves, weeds, dead grass, thatch ... it's all gone. Clean up was excellent.
