I have worked with DanCare for several, maybe even 10 years and have been very satisfied with their staff and work. Marcus seems to always work magic making my 13 yr old white Berber rug look new every time.

I called Dancare to schedule them to clean my carpeting and one sofa and to clean the grout and tile and then seal it. They came cleaned the carpeting and the couch and I asked him to clean one more chair and they cleaned the grout (somewhat). They did not seal the tile when they were finished. When they appeared to be done, I saw that Dan was preparing the bill. Original estimate on the phone was for $750 but Dan added on charges to $1200. I asked him about the $1200 and he said “oh I’m not done yet.” I told him the estimate was $750 and I would not pay $1200. I told him even if they were not finished they needed to leave. At that he adjusted the bill down to $806. The carpeting was cleaned and the furniture was clean. The grout was cleaned in traffic areas but not all the grout. The tile was not sealed. My suggestion to anyone who would be looking to use Dancare would be to have them come out to the house, give an estimate and hold them to it. My mistake was I did not make them come to the house. We had used Dancare in the past and the estimates were always what we were charged. We will not use Dancare again.

DanCare did a wonderful job on our carpets. They were professional and reasonably priced. Showed up on time.

Carpets were a mess and contemplating replacing. They were able to clean it up nicely, and at a fair price! If I could figure out how to post before and after pics, I'd post them. I was that impressed. They were also able to pull the carpet back into place and remove the wrinkles that formed over time. Not to mention great customer service, and an extremely timely response. Will be my go-to carpet company moving forward, and would highly recommend to anyone in need.

Just got my carpets cleaned by DanCare....all I can say is I very happy with the results Marco and Dominic are great. They took thier time and made sure my carpet was thoroughly cleaned. I had some tuff stains due to wheelchair and kids, but they left my carpet looking BRAND NEW!!! DanCare is more than 5 stars......THEY ARE 10 STARS!!!!!

We just had DanCare Carpet come to our business, Crown Jewels and Coin. They were friendly, prompt and they did a wonderful job! Our carpets look like new. We have them do our carpets annually and they always do a wonderful job. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!!

They cleaned my antique rug that my dog "marked". Decent price, excellent customer service, excellent work. Looks great.

Editing a year later: I tell all of my friends to use Dancare if they have pets because they really are the best ones for both carpet and rugs. The customer service can't be beat. Even after a year, all of my friends have glowing things to say. Wonderful wonderful company. Wonderful wonderful work.

I worked with Dan Care for my employer's customer. They received a dirtied sofa. From start to finish, this experience was absolutely seamless. They were so prompt on their follow up to confirm the appointment, called me while at the customer's home, and gave me a heads up on the resolution. Cannot recommend using them enough for your cleaning needs.

Some of our neighbors referred us to DanCare because they were so pleased. We used them for the first time this week, but it won't be the last time- Dan and Robert were just superb! Our carpets haven't looked this good for a long time. They took enormous care in moving and replacing the furniture on little styrofoam stands so the carpets would dry well, and the spots in our hallway that others could not get out have now disappeared. We strongly recommend these guys!

We are a repeat customer with DanCare of Albuquerque. From scheduling to the actual job, and of course the results, they will remain on my speed dial. Marcos did a great job as usual.

We had our carpets and some upholstery cleaning done today. Dan himself was here doing the work. They exceeded my expectations. The work they do is great and highly recommend them. Will use them again

This was a wonderful experience and perhaps the best I have ever had with carpet cleaning services. I was waiting for a week before I sent my review because so many times (in my past occasions) the dirty spots would just come back up throught the carpet. THEY DID NOT THIS TIME!
Those spots from my dogs are still GONE!

I've been using Dancare for over 10 years now. They always make my carpet look great! They take care of my walls and furniture also as they work as if it was their own home. They make my 18-year-old carpet look fresh and new again. I totally trust them in the work they do and working anywhere in my home.

I called Dancare about cleaning the carpet in my rental home. I wanted to return the home to my landlords in good shape. Dancare wasn't the cheapest but they had great reviews. The two emplyees that showed uo were 10 minutes early and very professional. Marcos and Angel cleaned my home in just a few hours and left the carpet looking new. I would definitely recommend them for any carpet or upholstery cleaning needs.

Dancare is the real deal! I have two cream silk chairs and a cream couch (great purchases with kids, I know) and I had THREE different companies come out and try and clean them for me, all to no avail. Enter Dancare! Marcos was my service technician, and he even offered to try one of the cushions on my cream couch before we proceeded, so we would know if it seemed worth the effort. Well let me tell you, he got these chairs and sofa looking absolutely amazing! I am very grateful, and will be recommending Dancare to all of my friends and family in the future.

08-08-20 just used Dancare for my carpet and they were outstanding. Showed up on time. Used Covid safe practices and were efficient and fast. My carpets look amazing and I could not be happier. They got all the tough stains out of all my area rugs as well. I have 3 dogs and they got all the pet stains out also and my carpets look and smell great. I was so pleased!

I am so pleased with the outcomes of Dancare Carpet Cleaning! I hadn't had an upholstery cleaning prior and was nervous about finding a quality place. I reached out to Dancare after reading great reviews; but didn't see many on upholstery- mostly just carpet.
They were able to fit us in the week I called, showed up early (which I loved), were kind, and did an excellent job cleaning my upholstered white and black couch as well as our dining room chairs at an excellent price!
