Lawn Doctor is fully responsible for my gorgeous backyard lawn. They are reliable and very helpful and even though I don’t pay them to diagnose other problems, they always tell me if they believe any of my trees or shrubs have diseases or under/over-watering problems. They are friendly and easy to work with, should I not be able to be home at the time of their appointment. I love the Lawn Doctor of Albuquerque and have used them for 11+ years!

I have used Lawn Doctor for several years now. They come on a scheduled basis to spray and fertilize my bushes, shrubs, grass and trees. I was trying to keep up with spraying myself but I have a large yard. Ever since I have used Lawn Doctor I no longer have issues with things like web worms or fungus. If I notice a problem and call them Chuck usually has a solution to the problem and they take care of it promptly. The team of men are top notch and extremely friendly. I highly recommend Lawn Doctor!

One other thing about having them do your lawn fertilization, there is no need to buy the stuff and store it yourself, which is a huge plus, especially if you have pets and small children! When we moved to our house, the trees had not been cared for and had bug pods all over them and they did not look healthy. The previous owners also topped (cut) all of the trees rather than have them treated. We were referred to Lawn Doctor for assistance and I am so glad we were - Lawn Doctor knew exactly what the pests were and had a plan to treat them and the other bugs that had invaded our trees. After just short of a year of service, our trees look amazing and healthy! We are continuing our service with them into the next year (6 treatments total) because they understand the local bugs, their cycles, the impact to our trees (3 different kinds on our property), and what to do about them so the trees can thrive. They are very responsive to any question I have. I love how you can pay for the whole year up front (get a discount)and don't have to worry about payments each visit. My lawn, fruit trees, and bushes look great every year. Their technicians are friendly and nice.

Very professional team that is always on time and clearly works hard to provide exceptional lawn service. They go the extra mile to make sure I’m happy with the work. Also, they always respect our property and clean up after each application. One very positive thing is all of the team members are local. When I call the Lawn Doctor it’s to a local office here in Albuqueque that takes my call. Always friendly and quick to address my questions. Not so with their national competitor I previously used that has no local office and if I called and got through, the person who answers the phone can almost not speak English.

Our lawn didn't look very good before Lawn Doctor started coming out. We've been using them for about 5 years now and we're very happy with the results we've seen. The lawn is very green and healthy. So much so that we've received compliments from family and neighbors about how great it looks. And their recommendations about watering and cutting height are spot on. Had the friendly folks from lawn doctor out this morning spraying our property for mosquitoes. I’ve been using many of their services for several years and really appreciate their consistency and quality. If you’re dealing with mosquitoes in the yard or weeds you should consider hitting them up.

As I became in need of help with my lawn maintenance, I chose Lawn Doctor. They know what they are doing! The lawn has never looked better. Appointments are timed appropriately by seasonal need. I am notified of my appointment time both by phone and by email. Any questions I have are responded to quickly. This year Lawn Doctor also controlled the mosquito outbreak in my yard. Notification, treatment, billing, reports and recommendations are all given routinely. Many thanks for dependable help/service!

I have been a long term customer of the Lawn Doctor and am very satisfied with the care they have given to my lawn, trees and shrubs. Management has been very responsive to quickly resolve any issues that have surfaced.

We put sod in 2019 and hired Lawn Doctor to keep it green. Well that didn't work. We notified Lawn Doctor once we noticed issues and they would send someone out to service us. Needless to say, we have spent plenty of money and the grass looks horrible. We paid our last payment and canceled service. Don't waste your money! UPDATE RESPONSE TO VENDOR: I disagree, we did follow your instructions and ensured the sprinklers covered all areas of the grass. We followed your guidance regarding how long, how often to water according to the temperature. Chuck came out a year and a half ago telling us we needed to rake the dry spots in the grass and it would grow back, he never mentioned we have low flow sprinklers. We have been raking the grass and it hasn't worked. We also paid for pre-mergent and we still have weeds. We decided to get Synlawn instead which will save us money on services that don't work and wasting water.
