green sweep

Another excellent is deserved! I'm a regular monthly customer but recently had a cleaning emergency due to a severe allergic reaction to my friend's dog who stayed with me overnight. Green Sweep fit me into their schedule and did a top notch job of getting all the allergens out of the house. Everything was dusted, vacuumed and mopped within a few hours so I could return to my home. Quick response, great job and the cost was so reasonable. Thank you to all at Green Sweep. I recommend highly!

Edit in reply to the reply: When I received the follow-up call, I said the closet looked good after it finally got cleaned. Secondly, the unlocked house issue isn't about furnishings; property is replaceable. The problem is jeopardizing my personal safety. That, to me, is a "big deal." Perhaps, you and your employees don't worry about locking doors being located across from Wells Park. I've now given enough time, energy and money to this company. I requested a move-in clean for the house I just moved in to. The person who scheduled me assured that everything, top to bottom, would be cleaned and sanitized, except for windows. The first cleaning lady showed up 12 minutes early, asked to start working. I was on the phone and not quite ready but allowed it. Second person sat outside in her car until 9 sharp. I left the house to run errands and asked if they leave for lunch because I don't want the house left unlocked. They said no they don't leave. Around 3pm, I noticed my card had been charged for the second half of the payment due, so I called and was told they had gotten done and left already. This was surprising because I was told when I scheduled, that 2 employees would take approx 9 hours and 3 employees would take 6. I returned home and found my front gate that they'd let themselves in through, left wide open. Doors were unlocked to the house, even the lock that could've been locked without a key. No one ever called to say they were leaving and office person says she'd not been at the house to witness this, she was apologetic. Why doesn't a supervisor come out and check their work though? Anyway, a whole, large, obvious closet was missed. There were still spider webs on the ceilings. Black smudges on some walls. This job clearly was rushed and I have zero faith it was sanitized properly. I paid their higher fee because they're a local business and I always support local when possible, but I definitely will not hire this company again nor will I recommend them to anyone. I sent these same pics and statement to the company's email but never heard anything back - at which point, I've given up on this being done right. They did return to clean the closet though. And the person who followed up about the closet was really nice and polite which is why this rating is 2 instead of 1.
