I can’t say enough good things about this cleaning company! From start to finish, the entire experience was amazing. Every single person I interacted with (Amen, Ax and Sasha) showed such great customer service—friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful.

The cleaning team went above and beyond my expectations. They didn’t just do the basics; they made sure every detail was handled with care, and it really showed in the results.

It’s rare to find a company that combines outstanding service with such high-quality work, but they truly delivered both. I’ll absolutely be using them again and recommending them to friends and family.

What's a better word than amazing? Hmmm.... incredible work by Sasha and her team on our airbnb's and rental units. We couldn't ask for a nicer group of people who keep quality front and center. Thank you all for all you do!!

I used 505 clean queens on a townhouse my family and I moved out of and I wasn't able to be present however they did a amazing job and made life so stressless with work it was hard to go over to the other house and clean it up before move out day. They came and cleaned and took a full video of everything they did I couldn't be happier with their services. Thank you guys so much!

I've used 505 Clean Queens before, so when I needed a seasonal deep clean it just made sense to call them again. They didn't disappoint! The team was kind and accommodating (considering I work from home), and my house is spotless and smells wonderful! 💯 recommend them!

Janelle was amazing! We had a special case of needing just my parents bathroom deep cleaned to start. When i called to inquire if they could help i spoke with the owner Sasha and felt very comfortable with our decision to try them out. She was thorough and understanding with our special need.

Janelle came and made a very neglected elderly bathroom look brand new! She spent 6 hours (pay was by job and not by hour) and was determined to get everything as good as she possibly can. We were extremely impressed!

I've never hired a cleaning company to assist with the ongoing house tasks before, but can already tell my decision to use 505 Clean Queens was a great one! Sasha provided a lot of information and answered plenty of my questions on our initial call. While I personally wasn't home during the first clean, my spouse made a point to share how wonderful the two Queens were and, when I got home, I could tell our space was sparkling. We're looking forward to continuing to work with this group to better allow us to focus more time on things we enjoy and less time on home maintenance.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Everyone needs a Mel! If I could give more stars, I would...

After using Merry Maids in the past, I knew I wanted something different this time around. I’d used them before for a customized basic clean (bathroom, kitchen, sweep/mop, light dusting), which was less than the services they offered, and honestly, I was never deeply satisfied. How is it that I asked for less, but ended up paying more? It always felt like half the job for a whole lot of money. When I had to pause services due to a job loss and later tried to return, instead of being welcomed back, the first response was to hike the price—on an already pricey service that didn’t even include everything I wanted. That was the moment I knew I needed something better—something local, personal, and rooted in care.

Enter 505 Clean Queens. From the very first inquiry, I could feel the difference. Sasha (the owner!) handled my questions personally, walking me through their services and helping me align them with what I actually needed—NOT upselling, but guiding. She even redirected me to their transparent checklists, which gave me so much peace of mind. No guessing, no wondering what “got missed.” I could see exactly what would be done. That level of clarity was a breath of fresh air compared to what I’d experienced before.

When booking, their communication was flawless—clear, timely, and thoughtful. They confirmed everything: whether I needed landlord walk-through support, key hand-off, last-minute service adjustments, you name it. Even when I worried about how unpredictable moving days can be, Sasha reassured me with practical solutions to keep everything on track.

And then there was Mel. If you’re lucky enough to get Mel, you’re in for a treat. She was AMAZING. Truly, she worked magic on that rental. I was raised with the value of leaving a place better than you found it—and thanks to Mel, the house looked better than the day we moved in. Honestly, it made me question who the landlord hired before us because it was night-and-day compared to what we received when we first moved in.

505 Clean Queens didn’t make me feel like I was just another address on a long checklist for the day. They cared for my home like it mattered. They set expectations clearly, delivered above and beyond, and gave me something that felt personal in an industry that often feels transactional. As a closing touch, Ax followed up with me when the work was concluded just to make sure I was satisfied. I am a one-time customer! Who takes the time to do that?! Just wow...

If you’re tired of chains that treat you like a number, do yourself a favor and call 505 CQ. I wish I could pack them in a box and take them with me to my next state—they’re THAT good.

I felt my home needed a deep clean service first In order to then get on a regular maintenance schedule to keep my house clean and help lower my stress level. I think the services are fairly priced, The cleaning staff was very personable and friendly. They did a great job! I’m looking forward to having every other week service by 505 Clean Queens.

The team was on time and incredibly efficient. We had a deep clean done and everything seriously looks just like it did when it was brand new. It was our first time hiring cleaners and my wife was anxious about the experience to be honest. From the second our clean queens arrived they were both professional and also personable. We will 100% be hiring them again and are so thankful for their amazing work.

So far I've gotten both a deep clean (highest Tier package) and my first maintenence clean. The cleaning crew were incredibly kind, courteous, and hard working.

To review first: their deep clean package.

Overall: While there were a few missed spots at the final walk through of the deep clean, they were immediately rectified, without complaint, when I pointed them out. I'm a bit of a stickler with things and can be unreasonable with my cleaning expectations at times, but regardless the crew did a wonderful job making sure I was exceptionally happy. Mind you, this was after a very long 6-8 hr cleaning day that utilized 4+ crew members for my house.

Exceptionally exceptional things:
- stove was completely spotless despite it being a train wreck before they arrived
- Carpet on stairs was hand scrapped to remove copious amounts of husky fur
- walls were wiped down by hand
- cieling fans were dusted (all 6 of them!)
- computer desk was spotless (it was covered in dust beforehand)

Still very good but things I nitpicked (that were immediately rectified!):
- a few small wall spots were missed (understandable, lots of people doing lots of things, a small area behind a trashcan needed a second wipedown)
- a few baseboards missed (again, typically behind a garbage can or a small crevice thats easily overlooked)
- few windows had streaks on them after cleaning (okay... my windows were filthy, I'm pretty sure their rag just couldn't contain all the filth on first wipe... that's on me)
- two or three small fur balls left by vacuum (they probably removed 3 full dogs worth of fur, there were maybe two, very easy to grab and toss little balls of fur that clearly fell out of their vacuum)

Not good or unacceptable things:
- none

For the price, results and effort I would rate the experience a 9.8/10.

To review second: their bi-monthly (every two weeks) maintenence clean

Overall: Same professional and courteous experience with yhe crew member as during the deep clean. Was kind enough to work around my chaos gremlin pups that were stuck inside due to outdoor construction. While this was a two week maintenence clean, it had actually been 3 weeks since the deep clean and thus the house was a little dirtier than it would typically be. Despite that, the results were fantastic.

Exceptional things:
- company took my feedback about the deep clean and made sure to be extra diligent about those areas
- no fur balls left this time, the carpet looked great and the stairs were spotless
- the bathrooms were meticulously clean
- the stove top was spotless
- bed was made (I dont even do that for myself!)

Bad things:
- none

For the price and results I would rate the company and experience 10/10.
