Used ThoroClean to clean my air ducts. Although we didn't think our ducts were extremely dirty to begin with, we wanted to have them cleaned just to be sure. ThoroClean arrived on time, and the two man crew went right to work. Devon & Antonio were very pleasant and patient answering our questions and explaining what they were going to do. They were very careful around all the furniture near the registers and cleaned up when they were done. I felt we paid a fair price for the service we received.

Very professional and fast response time. Scheduling was easy and pricing was great! Devin and Jacob were very friendly and helpful, and did a great job cleaning my couches, they looked brand new when completed. I highly recommend their services!

Devin and Jacob did a great job. They were polite and quick. They asked me to inspect their work and went back and cleaned the 2 small spots I saw. I'm very pleased and would definitely use them again.

This company always delivers. Employees are polite, efficient and go that “extra mile” to make sure you are happy. I had my vents done and it was a really good job. The dryer vent especially needed it- and now the risk of a house fire is significantly less!

ThoroClean is the best carpet cleaners I've hired. I called on short notice- going to list property - he accommodated me with next day appointment. I explained just moved furniture out and lots of dust and dog hair. He said "No worries Maam- we can handle it" Two very polite young men showed up on time and did exactly what I requested. Raked out the dog hair - did a THOROCLEAN left no sign of dog hair or dirt. Their Truck System was POWERFUL! Carpets look new and I'm ready to list the house. Over all a positive experience working with this team and price was fair and good - not a rip off for a hard job. Thank you!

Arranged for a total floor cleaning - tile and carpet - and had fantastic results with a visit from employees Devon and Jacob. This crew was kind, professional, and courteous. In the case of tile, they turned grout that was nearly black from heavy use to a beautiful light cream that we had not seen since purchasing our home. They also got several stains out of the carpet that had plagued us since COVID (we can't be the only ones with wine spills from that era...). They cleaned hundreds of square feet in just over two hours, scrubbed on their hands and knees to execute the small details, and gave me a clear picture of what to expect in terms of drying time and look. The company, and this crew, also guarantees a return in case any carpet staining that was left in the carpet padding rises up and becomes visible. The mere acknowledgment of this potential outcome is a reassuring professional practice. Highly recommend the company and service.

Devon and Jacob did a fantastic job in our home cleaning 30 plus years of gunk from our ducts. Both were extremely polite, courteous and professional. I have used Thoroclean for many years including friends and family that had referrals. We recently did remodeling and had stains in our carpets that had been hidden under our media couches for 10 years! Fernando and Jonathan did an amazing job making our carpet look brand new!

I got the New Year's Special yesterday for the carpets of my car and the seats. There was a nasty curry stain in the front and they got it out, and they did such a good job that you can't even tell it was there in the first place! They did a FANTASTIC job in cleaning the carpets and the upholstery of my VW SUV. It looks brand new! Thank you, ThoroClean staff!

I just had two guys from ThoroClean clean some very old carpets in my house. They did a great job. Very polite. In and out quickly and they cleaned up behind themselves. I would recommend this company! I used their coupon in Valpack.

I really valued the experience with ThoroClean. I called from a Val-Pac special expecting to call around to other vendors but Tom was very patient and answered all my questions (from the process, products used and competitors) that I decided to move forward with him (due to the customer service). Jacob and Nathanial came out the next day and were very respectful of my home and also attentive/responsive to my questions. I'd use them again (and likely will for other services).

I was contacted today by the owner (Thomas) who wanted to start the process of making things right. Apparently the gentleman who came to my house was also the one who happened to answer my call—so no surprise there why it took so long to hear back. Thomas and I chatted and he asked if I would be willing to give them another go as he takes his reputation and his business very seriously. I’ve updated my review from 2 to 4 stars in the hopes that a few months from now when they return I can pop back on and give them a full 5. Thank you Thomas for your professional manners.

*they tried to upsell immediately
*work was quick but sloppy
*behavior was a bit scammy
*left my carpets so wet that even after using my own wet vac they took a full 48 hours to dry
*still haven’t heard back from them after lodging my concerns

I can’t speak for this business as a whole, but here in Albuquerque my experience was pretty bad. The gentleman who arrived waited until he heard my dog bark to offer an upsale of the enzyme treatment for some $36. Not really a problem as I am trying to take good care of the carpet. I said I would think on it while we did the walkthrough and before we had even finished he offered to just charge me $20 instead as a “tip”. Is that standard practice. I think probably no. I say sure and he gets to work. It was all done quickly which was nice and when it came time to pay he asked if I wanted to do cash or check. It’s 2022. I expect most businesses to have swipers/square. I didn’t have correct cash on hand and what do you know he happened to have the swiper all along. He let me know the carpets would take 4-5 hours to dry. Well even after running my heater and my fans with windows open all day they weren’t dry. I took my little wet vac on dry mode and this picture is the water I got out of my stairs and one bedroom (the other two were fine). It took my carpets 48 hours to be fully dry even after my own assistance. I called to tell them how it all went down and they said they would look into it and call back. Still waiting so I guess I’ll just slap this review here and warn the rest of you.

I had a great experience with the scheduling team over the phone, but when I got home I noticed my daughter’s room still smelled like wet pet urine. I used a UV light and saw that the same spots were still present. The room also took five days to dry, which makes me feel the job was rushed and the extractor wasn’t given enough time to work properly. The carpet looked the same afterward and the odor was even worse. I ended up having to use scent-neutralizing powder myself.
